Only process that works is how fast they process payment! A week later they are still piddling with wrong emails, sending me responses/ papers with my name mis spelled by their company etc. Terrible service.
I needed a copy of my birth certificate quickly, went to ANOTHER company and had a certified copy within two days. STILL waiting on US Birth certificates to finish the application process. What a waste of time and money!

I'm not sure why this site is getting bad reviews because they're great. They delivered the birth certificate very fast, since we literally got it in about 4-5 days. The customer service was also great. There may be cheaper ways to obtain a copy of your official birth certificate but not as fast as this company gets it for you. If you are in no hurry to get it like I was, since it was for an expedited passport, then you can certainly save money and wait about 3 weeks to get it in the mail using regular methods.

I ordered a copy of my birth certificate in August. The process was outlined well by forms. However, should after I mailed my form, I received a delivery confirmation email. I checked my mailbox and had not received anything, so called customer service. They were helpful in explaining that once my birth certificate application was mailed to Jeff City, receiving it could take many weeks. I understood that, but why send an email confirming delivery for me within days of mailing it out.
