I thought I was getting help with obtaining my birth certificates quickly. I paid good money for nothing. ($49 plus $5 to get it reviewed less than 6 hours). As it turns out that they send you a pdf file of the information you entered on their site to print and mail with a check to your county! I could have done that myself, which I ended up doing because they had the price incorrectly printed on their page for me to send! This site is tricking people like they tricked me! Shame!
