“HORRIBLE service, go to any other company and save your self time and headaches”

Only process that works is how fast they process payment! A week later they are still piddling with wrong emails, sending me responses/ papers with my name mis spelled by their company etc. Terrible service.
I needed a copy of my birth certificate quickly, went to ANOTHER company and had a certified copy within two days. STILL waiting on US Birth certificates to finish the application process. What a waste of time and money!

Tip for consumers:
There are many qualified good companies, but my personal experience with US Birth Certificates has been terrible! Contacting customer service was a waste of time, everything is the customer's fault, sounds like they are reading from a poorly worded script. At least it was only $129, and by going to ANOTHER company I was able to receive a certified birth certificate quickly.
