The jacket, collar and leash are very durable and proudly display my male Boston Terrier as a service dog. The ID cards come laminated and fit perfectly in my wallet. My dog loves wearing his Service Dog jacket. It is comfortable for all occasions. The bright red color of the jacket with white Service Dog lettering stands out so we are easily seen which is a great safety factor. Best value for my dog and me.

The ID card worn around my neck and the vest was used for the first time this past Christmas flying on Jet Blue, staying at a Hilton property (no dogs allowed) and going to various restaurants in Boston and Raleigh, NC. Without asking, Al we had to do was check in physically at guest services or the desk at the airlines a few minutes early, no questions asked and they bumped us up to bulkhead seats on one flight and "more room" seats at no charge. The dog was able to sit on our lap. She was so calm and happy to be with us, she never made a peep. She was welcomed in the hotel, every restaurant and just sat quietly at our feet. No $400 boarding bills, no separation anxiety, and just a wonderful experience all the way around. Excellent product, well made and comfortable for the dog. It made our holidays perfect and now there is no worry about having to ever leaving her in the car for even a minute. Thank you!

Everything arrived on time as promised. The dog cape could be better quality and fit. I completely agree with Mac P.
The service dog cape did not fit the dog properly, it seems to need a second securing strap near the rear of the cape. The instant my dog laid down, the cape came forward nearly over her head and she chewed the only securing strap into as well as one corner of the cape. That was just a bit disheartening, other than that issue everything else seemed to of professional quality. I couldnt understand the need for so many of those cards. Are they something that most folks ask for when you expose your dog to areas that dogs are seldom allowed to enter? The dog tag on the chain is that something that the dog owner handler is supposed to wear? I should think the identifying I D Cards should be sufficient to identify that the diog is a registered service animal.
