Our service from usa insulation was fenaminal, very courteous and polite & knowledgeable, I would highly recommend them Lee & Wendy
Had USA Insulation Cincinnati office insulate my home over this past winter. I live in a older 2 story home and had minimal insulation in my attic. Their crew insulated my walls with foam and blew additional fiberglass into my attic. I noticed the difference in comfort and sound that day and have seen my utility bill reduced even with the increased energy costs. Very happy with their service and efforts.
Contacted USA Insulation last fall. Representative came out and had no idea what he was doing. He told me that he needed to get someone else to come out and look at my house. Have not heard a word from this company since. It was a 6 month waste of my time.
It seems city to city it's a different result. I had work done in Atlanta and was externally satisfied! I'm a custom home builder and decided to have USA install foam insulation in the walls of a home I was remodeling for my daughters family. Everything was great from the pricing (not the cheapest or most expensive) to the scheduling to the job and clean up. They did a five star job all the way around.
USA Insulation of Cincinnati insulated my 1955 brick on block ranch last November and we've seen a substantial improvement in the comfort and utility savings in our home. I only wish we would've installed the project for this year with the larger tax credit.
Excellent work crew and manager, Keith. Crew was ontime. Treated outside of house liked their own. Keith had a checklist to make sure all tasks were complete.
USA Insulation I would have never used unknowing that this is their type of quality. They insulated my home and did a poor job applying the product with missed wall cavity fill and many missed spots throughout. I had to cut access panels to see why this past December when digits hit record lows why I had frost on my drywall. No savings in heating or cooling when the product breaks down and is not installed correctly.
I've written several bads reviews on this company because they failed to insulate the area that was the problem and it wasn't detected on the initial estimate/analysis. Now that they insulated a area that probably didn't need Insulation and took my money in the process they want some more money from me to insulate the right area. Makes no sense to me. This company is very unprofessional with the way they take care of a dissatisfied customer. They will ignore your emails and phone calls. If your reading this and your one of the top dogs above the GM some people need to find another job because this is bad business. Call me anytime and we can talk about this problem. *******408 kevin

The salesman, Bo, should not use ethnic slurs when talking to potential customers. Terms like "Polack" are unacceptable and insulting. Also, he should stick to facts, not conjecture or fantasy. Telling people there is no insulation in their home currently is easily disproven. My home had insulation in the walls, just not enough. Saying he only hires military veterans when there are no veterans working for the company is just plain lying. Remarking that the installation teams will be fighting to do the job when there is only one installation team period again is easily disproven. Telling the potential customer that they won't hear any noise once the job is done is ignorance. Unless you live in a bunker with two foot thick concrete walls, you will hear noise from the outside. If I hadn't done my research online and watched the video online, I wouldn't have used USA Insulation based on my experience with Bo. It is obvious he has never done the work of installation and seems not to know much about how a home is constructed. He comes across as offensive, untrustworthy and unknowledgeable.
When the installation team is running late, it is common courtesy and professional to call the customer and let them know they are running behind and give a new estimated time of arrival. The lead installer should check the job before leaving to ensure that everything was done correctly so there are no comebacks.
The installers were polite and professional onsite. They cleaned up thoroughly and were the same when they had to comeback for the area they missed.
Carol and the installation team are the strong points of USA Insulation. I would recommend hiring more people like them and have the lead installer be your salesman.
Carol was good at getting the appointment set, dealing with the frustration of the installers being late and getting them back out when they missed an area of my attic.
