Their golf shoe soles separate from the shoe even if you don't wear them much. Customer service will only give a 20% discount on another pair. Why would I buy their shoes again? Never again... Better companies out there..
Ordered a pair of shoes from Puma 11/22/20 for 64.99. Saw them 2 days later on line from Puma for 54.99. I called customer service to ask for a 10.00 credit. Was told my request would be reviewed, even though according to their guidelines, it was done within 7 days of the order. Made a follow up call 11/27/20. Was told if it is approved, the credit would come in 30 days. Whatever happens, safe to say this was the last time I do business with this fly-by-night orginization.
It's the best sports brand. I bought some clothes here. Also, I like Puma shoes. Thanks a lot for these goods.

Puma is one of my favorite brands, and I recently bought RS-2 K The Unity Series Sneakers at a fair price. I loved its design as it combines noughty elements with a futuristic feel with a color variant in it, it was something new that I saw the puma launched.
Appalled with puma customer service to the point that I think they might be running a scam. I ordered shoes on a sale. They didn't fit. In fact I had to go up one whole size from my normal size which ive never done. Because they dont offer exchanges and have limits on what they can do discount wise they offered me a convoluted option in order to price match. Basically they told me I would pay a higher price but that then they would give me a refund for the difference. They gave me a number to check on the status of the credit request. My refund did not arrive. I complained and the chat people didnt even know what that number was. Email reps told me my refund request was denied! So basically they kind of bait and switched me (hoping I wouldnt check my cc?). I've now spent over an hour on the phone dealing with them plus multiple emails and chats in which reps disconnect in the middle of the chat and I have to start all over again. The phone reps are always super nice but this company is a mess of inconsistency, bad policies, and borderline fraud.
Great service I order one size big but the shoes comes with returns postage I just send them back and with in 5 working days I received refund. Also I order right one the same day and they sent me a 20% voucher very happy.

My sad saga started with me ordering a pair of womens Espera style shoe (slip ons) I'm from Canada but this particular style is not longer available here. I saved for almost two years for these particular shoes as I have owned a pair about 8 years ago and had loved them. I'm not wealthy by any means but had decided to splurge. With the exchange rate they wound up costing almost double. This is not my complaint as I was very excited to find this particular style and had saved for a pair to splurge on. However I recieved the incorrect style (full lace up)
When I contacted them about it I got the run around. First is was that the warehouse was out of my style so the sent something "similar". I was offered a % credit on my next pair. When I persisted that I wanted the shoes I ordered or a full refund I was offered and alternative shoe. I was in agreement as long as I recieved the style I wanted in any color as it was the particular style of shoe I was after and wasn't fussy on color. I was then told that style wasn't available in any color as they were sold out despite the fact that the website did, and still claims to have this style in stock online. At this point I offered to return the unworn and unwanted shoes for a full refund. I was then ignored until I filed a complaint with the payment company. I was again offered a meager % refund if I kept the incorrect shoes. Any request to return the shoes for a full refund have since been ignored. I am thoroughly put off by this brand since and do not recommend
I ordered my shoes 2 weeks ago and it said I would receive my order within 5 days. Every day I check the tracking and my sneakers are sitting in another state. They changed the date of delivery 4 times already and until this morning the past couple of days it couldn't give me a date. It says they will arrive tomorrow but if they dont I will be cancelling them and getting my money back.
I've got my sports boots a few days ago (future rider luxe sneakers). You know they are so cool, very comfortable and warm. Will shop more!
I still have not received a pair of sneakers my order was placed on April 24th. It's now may 26th I can't get any help trying to call is a hour wait minimum. My call was disconnected after waiting for 2 hours I've sent them 3 emails and no response please take my advice and stay away from puma I feel like they just took my hard earned money
At first, PayPal did not work on their website, after long hours of torment, I paid with a card. Then the Puma allegedly sent my goods, but after 20 days it turned out that the goods were not even sent. Support says nothing. Support chat, if they see that the problem is, then they just close the chat without explanation. Awful, very awful.
Would give zero stars if it wS an option. I am incredibly disappointed in Puma's customer service. I placed an order on 4/26 and have yet to receive it after receiving an email that it was shipped on 4/28. I have sent 2 emails to Customer Service with no response 2 weeks ago. I also was promised a credit by 2 representatives I chatted with and have not received that either. The last repesentative I chatted with was obvious she was getting agitated as she started typing me in all caps and she ended the conversation without asking if i had additonal questions. I will never purchase a Puma product again. I am sure more people would feel the same if they ever had to come in contact with those that represent this company.
Where are my shoes?! I ordered 3 pairs and only got 2! However it says all 3 shoes were in the order and the order was completed. I can't get anyone on the phone, no one responds to their email and their live chat fails because no one is on the other line. Crap company. Stay away.
Ordered shoes on the 18th and was told it's a 3 week delivery after I waited 5 days and called and asked why they haven't shipped. It's still in Los Angeles as I type this. It's now the 25th
