This is a scam. I was careless, and thought it was an official U.S. government site. They tried
To charge my credit card $179 multiple times within a few minutes - 2 from the U.S., one from
United Kingdom, one from Spain. They used different company names: "Online Immigration" and "Immigration Online", to try and fool the credit card. Their "service" to help you fill out an I-90 form is useless - you can do it directly on the USCIS site, and it's actually better. us-forms.com is trying to steal money from non-native-English speakers who may have trouble understanding the forms and process. The company is based in Spain, probably to avoid U.S. fraud laws.
Really after having a lot of disappointments with lawyers and money losses, this has been the best way to speed up my process, the management has been very professional and clear. Currently this service is also being used by friends I have recommended it to and we are all very satisfied. Thank you so much again.
They just charged me for $195 to JUST TO register, no service, no response what so ever. Had dispute via credit card for scam activity. There is no valid phone number or email address that you can get hold of them. Total Scam, Do Not Use it! I am warning you!

The link pops up when you type in renewal permanent residency card. It looks deceptively like the official U.S. Gov website, but it's not. Read very carefully at the beginning. It should have us.gov at the end. They have. Com
Please don't give your credit info. To these people. The official site doesn't ask for payment until the very end. I didn't get scammed bc I read everything, I can see how non-English speaking ppl would get hit, I'm putting out the warning. Someone needs to take this site down. They're located in Barcelona. BEWARE.
Do not USE,
This website will just collect your information and compile it into a pretty looking form. You still have to mail in all the supporting documents and a printed copy off the form your self. If you have a pdf editor you can do it all your self, or just go with the standard print and fill yourself method, your information is safer that way and you don't have to pay the unnecessary form fill fee.
AGAIN DO NOT USE this website waste of money for forms that are provided on government website for free.
I though I'd be doing my mom a favor by filling this online and having the agency submit the form for her. Now, both of us will have to risk our lives in this covid world by making an appointment with the immigration office to get forms sent and/or filled anyway. Kinda defeats the purpose of an "online application" as we believed it to be.

Please be careful, this is scam website. I was cheated 195$ for nothing. The generated pdf just was simply filled with many "N/A". I wrote the message to them for the issue, there was no answer, and I asked for refund, there was no answer neither. It's dangerous to disclose your important information to this site. They make them looks like government website and trick people with little carefulness.

I had contacted US Forms to help file my application for replacement of my lost Green Card but later decided to file the application myself. I then requested them for a refund of the fee but have not received any communication from them in spite of several reminders.

This website poses as an official US immigration website and charges you 169$ to fill a form when you can do the exact same thing on the official USCIS website for FREE. They don't submit or file it for you - you simply pay for filling it in online, which is basically useless. On the true USCIS website, you can actually fill in and submit your form so your case can be processed. I am eagerly awaiting the day a class action suit is initiated against them for making false claims about who they are and the services they provide, and robbing vulnerable people as a result. I will be glad to contribute my data. Shame on you for scamming people who actually WORK for a living!

The site seems deceptive. They present themself as you if are applying directly to the government and in reality it's a 3 Rd party that just charges you for filling out a document. There email account is bogus as I found out when I tried to get my money refunded.
Instead of using them you should go to USCIS.GOV to get what you need.
I found U. S Forms through google search. It was a good decision letting them prepare my US citizenship application. I am pleased with all the work done by this agency.

PH number, socialsecurity #, green card number... Basically everything it takes to create a fake identity. Very scary.
Of course they could be completely legit as a document processing service.
They could have been more upfront about it. I'm very uneasy about that a 3rd party now has all my information.
It is the portal with the most complete information that I have found. Informs you about all the requirements and information of the different types of processes, I would say the information is a lot more clear than the official federal website.
