It is most definitely a scam - a company that does nothing for you other than charge you close to 200$ to let you fill out a form which can already be filled out and submitted on the official USCIS website for free.

They responded, quite promptly, whoever wont tell you that you have to mail in the filled out form yourself. Its a very well hidden scam

I was careless, and thought that I was using a U.S. Government site. Use the real USCIS site - it's free, and actually works better.
