My delivery experience was great but when unpacking the washer there is a dent on the left rear of the washer. I reported this to the delivery company asap and am reporting to the seller as a formality in case of functional issues once hooked up to use.

The delivery truck showed up outside of the delivery window during the first attempt (which wouldn't be a problem except we don't live at the shipping address yet), then had to call you US Appliance to get the shipping companies number to coordinate a redelivery.

Great! Pleased with no tax or shipping charges. Looking forward to a new refrigerator. The new fridge is huge, and just what we were looking for. Our only complaint was that the seal on the freezer had a gap in the middle. It is covered under the warranty so we are trying to have the whirlpool company come out and fix it. Overall we were very pleased the US appliance, the shipping and no tax. I do wish that they offered a fee to have the appliance brought into the house/installed. If they offer one we were not aware.

I have been very happy with my first purchase and I am sure that this updated laundry pair will prove to be as good as the first pair.
