It took me 4 weeks to get what should have taken 2. They said the sent 3 emails but I never received them.There was a problem with my credit card. Apparently it was flagged because of out of state use? So 3 weeks went by and no fridge so I called and got a very rude man who did not want to be bothered by me so I asked to speak to someone else and that gentlemen was very helpful and rectified the problem. The delivery went smooth.

Best price, hope everything else goes good.
Update, the dishwasher was sent out the following week of the order and was at my house 5 days later. Good communication from US-App, worked well with the trucking company. It's installed and I am loving it.

Very easy to order. We had a dent in item and had no problem get it replaced and the service was amazing... I thought with the prices this was too good to be true! I will always buy from US appliances! One happy customers!

The overall experience with US Appliance was excellent. The pricing is hard to beat for what you get. We received the order in full when it came. It took a bit longer than we thought it would however to receive it. I guess one can't complain when it's FREE delivery. One concern is the fridge was delivered on its back. Generally this isn't a good idea with a fridge. It hasn't been plugged it in yet, to see if everything is in good working. Our order arrived just as we departed for a summer trip. We shall see when we return. Other than this, everything was great. We would recommend shopping here and we will buy from them again.

I would have preferred pickup of old appliances with delivery. Without this service provided, a price offset of $75 to $100 would have been fair (I paid a third party $75 for removal from garage, and had to move old appliances from laundry room to garage myself). This assumes a desire to be competitive with other on-line appliance retailers. Experience was otherwise good. Delivery person from trucking company was particularly friendly and courteous. However, my wife was not thrilled with having to help me move large appliances, and has already made it clear that any future large appliance buys must include removal of old appliance and move-in of new.

I have bought appliances through U.S Appliance in the past and have been very satisfied with the results, that's why I am using them again. The product was fine but the delivery system left something to be desired. Original the time frame was 1-3 weeks, but after three weeks had expired and I had heard nothing I had to call. The customer service agent at that time said product in route, possible 2 days which turned in to 6 additional days, or a total of approximately 4 weeks. That is a long time without a refrigerator. I can understand having delivery problems, but from a customer point of view they should have called me and made me aware of the situation.

Our range arrived damaged in transit, as did the second unit I ordered to replace the first one. Both times their customer service department was great to work with, but I would not suggest ordering a range if it has to be shipped across continental US. The first unit was obviously dropped and the second slipped on the pallet it was shipped on and pushed in the lower left corner causing the lower drawer to be crooked. Neither unit was usable as they arrived on our property. Unfortunately I had to spend $800 more to order a replacement from a local appliance store.

Just placed order and so far so good. Will rate again after I receive my order.

Everything arrived in good condition. Delivery time was about 3 weeks which was fine since it was clearly stated on the web site. Did pay extra for delivery in a smaller truck so it would be able to get into my service alley. Driver was nice and rolled everything into my garage. Would buy from them again.

I ordered a Coyote brand grill that US Appliance had listed for 33% off the published price everywhere else. It arrived timely in showroom condition, ready to install. My sales associate, Stan, was helpful throughout the process and was spot on as to the delivery timing. The product and delivery were exactly as promised. I will use US Appliance the next time I need an appliance.

Would've liked to have prices automatically update in cart as they change

The automatic confirmation email that I received after I ordered was wrong. It stated that I would receive my appliances in 1-3 weeks. After checking back with them on my delivery time two weeks later, delivery time ended up being 4 1/2 weeks on my refrigerator. I was not told this but had to call and ask. Needless to say, if I had known this when checking out, I would've gotten it elsewhere.

Both units were delivered very late according to expectations. It was longer than expected based on information provided during the ordering process. Refrigerator was delivered with damage and still working with GE support to fix.

Pricing was great!

Pricing was great! I got all my appliances for our new home build for about $1800 less than other places I priced out. I was very happy with customer service and I was able to get a person on the phone each time I called to check on delivery. The 5 appliances I ordered arrived in perfect condition and packaged very well. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. Thanks!

Local company forgot to send my order and being late a day was a huge inconvenience. My Maytag fridge has plastic on plastic sliding drawers and they stick like crazy! Very cheap construction for such a high end fridge.Disappointed!

I have purchased in the past but this order, a wall oven arrived with a broken glass door. I believe this was a result of the multiple shippers involved. I contacted US Appliance customer service and initiated a refund and product pick up. Customer service was apologetic and of great help. Currently waiting for the damaged unit to arrive back at US Appliance to receive my credit.

I will continue to use US Appliance but will think twice about units that are constructed with glass.

Great shopping experience!

Great shopping experience! The freezer had only slight damage to the back side edge from shipping handling and your company offered compensation for that as I told service we definitely want to keep it and not return for another. The dishwasher and microwave came in undamaged and look great.
