You didn't have the Kitchen Aid range in stock so I had to wait a rather long time, but due to no fault of yours. And it was totally worth the wait. I've never been happier than I was to get home from work to see this beautiful range installed and waiting for me - wow, it's absolutely gorgeous and arrived in perfect condition.
I talked to your ordering desk this morning and I could not get "Ron" to identify himself by name after 5 tries he finally told me how to spell his name and the call went downhill from there. Not a good first impression, I suggest Ron needs some more training and listening in on his phone interactions.

When the unit arrived, I looked it over like I was told and it seemed ok. After unpacking it, I found a small scratch on the front cover under the pull handle for the door. Not sure what I'm supposed to do now.
First time customer. Delivery time was good but suggest that website could provide order/delivery status update instead of having to call to get updates. Had minor factory warranty issue on trim piece damage but US Appliance acted quickly to schedule service and replacement of part. Great customer service. Highly recommend US Appliance and will be using them for future needs.

Product came earlier than expected. R&L Carriers was very pushy in scheduling delivery and was forced to schedule earlier than when I wanted. (Actually said that it would get damaged if it sat in their warehouse. Delivery driver was very professional and diligent. I suggest the section for "curbside only" delivery be a little more prominent.

Was more than I originally thought would be at checkout. The refrigerator had a dent on the side of one of the doors due to the shipping process. They strapped it down too tight! Didn't see it until delivery company left :(
My order arrived 2 weeks later than I was told to expect it. If time is not a factor in the purchase, this is a great place to shop because the prices are good. My frustration was that we were readying our house to go on the market and this delay has caused us a great deal of stress, and many phone calls. Customer service was courteous, but they could not fix the time issue.
Spoke with George who assured me that the unit would be delivered to our 4th floor office up an elevator for the additional In-Home deliver fee of $99.00. Item arrived, it looks beautiful. It works perfect to store all our soda in it instead of clogging up a regular refrigerator with those items.
Ordering was simple and prices are great, however there were two large dents in the side of my fridge. Delivery man left before I could inspect the appliances and the invoice basically said if I didn't make note of a problem before signing the delivery sheet that I am now responsible. Not very good customer service.
If your website says you'll change packages, change them. Reached out to customer service based on the fact that it states "If you need to change something with this package, please contact our customer service." Contacted customer service to purchase an upgraded version of a product and they stated "No we don't make changes to packages". If you don't then go ahead and remove that little line.

Received the appliance in very reasonable time - 2 months is very good from my experience. Package came in as good a condition as possible. No mars, scrapes, punched holes, etc. Well-packaged. I have not hooked it up yet but it appears in perfect condition. Looks great! I will recommend your company and great service to others. Very pleased!
Easy web site to scroll through and that a person actually answered the phone and understood what the person was communicating. Good job! Only issue I really had was the package was not sealed upon delivery, it appears all parts were accounted for during inspection.
It's easy, and quick. Two days after I received my TV, I found another company that sells the same brand new TV, for $900.00 less. When I notified Customer Care for a matching price, they refused, saying the competing company was not an "authorized" dealer.
Going through US Appliance saved us money since we didn't pay tax or shipping. The shipping took longer than we expected about 4 weeks. Our washer arrived with a tiny scratch. I called it in and was promptly helped. We were given a refund to buy paint to cover the scratch. I would definitely buy from them again.
I made numerous attempts at reaching my "rep", Carla, to no avail. I finally had to call, talk to some other guy and he explained how busy they are and justified her ignoring her customers. Won't be buying from you again.
I've purchased from US Appliance before, never had a problem. This stove/oven arrived on time to our CA vacation house, Fed Ex guys were great they wheeled it to the garage for my my daughter who signed for it. I arrived a week later and unpacked and installed the unit. Packaging was all intact no shipping damage what so ever. The unit did have a minor flaw in the metal in the display area, top rear corner/back. Looks like someone got lazy at the factory, but it was no big deal, I fixed it. Induction stove works great, oven works great, looks great. In the bottom of the shipping box were several sheet metal screws from the back that appear to have worked out during transit. That again was no big deal, since I had to remove the back anyway to secure the 220 line. Another good purchase!

Looked around for new appliances after the appliances in my last appliance suite started to fail. Tried local brick and mortar places first and then went online to check pricing. No price match and they all wanted something for the delivery as well. Overall a good experience and appliances look great.
Very easy shopping and check out but information about curb delivery should be more highlighted at the checkout at least, if not in the description of the product, as it did catch me by surprise when I have received shipping notification. Company worked with me very well though and I have everything worked out eventually but we were not able to arrange home delivery and had to scramble to find someone with hand truck. Due to that, I am not giving all 5 stars as all process cost me a lot of stress once I got notification about curb delivery, but since it's a quick delivery and a great price,I probably would have bought the appliance again even with curb delivery but I would know what delivery I am agreeing to. Over all positive experience and product cam in excellent condition.
