Best prices and was the same easy process as when I bought my Kenmore refrigerator over 10 years ago. However, this time the products had some damage during shipping. US Appliance was quick to offer a partial refund after seeing the pictures but the products need to be packaged up better. Saran Wrap on the majority of the exterior does nothing for protection.

They say the measure of a company's service is made not when things go well, but when they go wrong. After shopping for the best price, I ordered an undercounter refrigerator from US Appliance.com. When it was delivered by ground freight to my rural home, it was found to be damaged during shipping. I immediately notified Tammi in customer service. She apologized profusely, even though the fault was with the shipper, not with US Appliance. She arranged for a replacement which was delivered to my door without incident. I was grateful that throughout the process Tammi kept me informed of the process by email. By the way, the shipping cost was free. Phenomenal service and price!

I had to call a few times to sort out an issuebwith my order and customer service was interesting at best.I was put on hold at one point for 45 mins before i hung up to call back and then I got stuck on the phone with someone who couldnt indersrand a word i was saying even though we speak the same language. By the 4th call I was lucky and got someone who actually could help me and was super courteous and excellent in the customer service arena. The prices are great and order shipment was fast. I would mist likely buy from here again, and just pray to not have to call in.
