Easy website - Good Deals
Quick to order but I wish delivery would be made into the actual house. As an older female, it's difficult to get someone to bring in such large appliances. Also, delivery company you used absolutely refused to allow me to inspect the lines until I signed they were received in good order. This infuriated me because the last time I bought something from US Alliance it came damaged so I wanted to be sure.
Impressed with quantity to choose from.

The price was reasonable but they need to let their customers know that they do not bring the appliance in their house they leave it outside
US Appliance had all of the products I needed, whereas on other sites, I had difficulty finding the matching sets of washer/dryer.
Unfortunately, it took over 5 weeks for my appliances to be delivered. Delivery was scheduled twice but both times they didn't show up due to errors on the warehouse/delivery end. Then, after calling to ask why order didn't show up, they agreed to have someone deliver on a Saturday (not their usual delivery day) because of all of the problems that were caused on their end. When appliances arrived, my neighbor ended up having to get the appliances out of the delivery truck (!), up my stairs (!) and into the laundry room because the truck driver was only supposed to drive and not help move the items. While I was thankful that the company arranged to have items delivered on Saturday (day after items were actually supposed to show up), greater support and better customer service were called for and should have been provided.
The washer and dryer are both in great shape so I am happy with the end result.
My first time on this site. Amazing! Very simple and easy to find what you're looking for! Great bargains! Easy to use chat options helped me to ensure my order reflected the direct replacement of my existing appliances. I.e. Gas range when the product listing said electric. No extra charge. Definitely recommend!

Great...let's see how good you are at follow through...wow! It was her in 6 days. Had a little trouble with credit card but worked out. We were able to track order on computer until its last leg on a local trucking company. Received a call from trucker on delivery day. Went great.
