We love the fridge

We love the fridge. It was delivered in perfect condition. We ended up ordering a dishwasher a few weeks later and are waiting on that. We're happy so far and saved over $300 off the best price in the big box store.

The products seem to be fine

The products seem to be fine. You get what you pay for, they are not top of the line products. I had to send the range back the first time because it was all smashed up. A week later a new one came, this to had dents in it but were on the side so I accepted it because I didn't have time to wait another week or two.

Web site easy to navigate.
As part of my order I paid the extra $99.00 to have the appliances (GE Washer & Dryer) delivered into a room of my choice. The delivery driver informed me that because of the COVID-19 social distance guidelines that they were instructed to deliver to the drive way outside of my home. They were very courteous and did a good job, but I would expect that US Appliance will refund back to my Visa card the extra deliver to a room of my choice $99.00 fee/charge that I paid for but was unable to get.
I did document this on the delivery bill of lading that I signed.

FedEx left the appliances in the rain and there was a dent in the back of the washing machine but I'm not going to complain. It was during the quarantine and I was grateful they showed up

You need a method to accept your US Appliance credit card by Synchrony Bank. It is not a Visa or Master Card...no expiration or security#
Fix that, otherwise you have to call in the order.

First time buy a major appliance ( refrigerator) online. Company was very easy to deal with. Staff was friendly and competent on phone with had answers to any question you might have. Delivery was on time and communication again was very good. I would buy again.
