Ripped off for more than $100 when will these scams get prosecuted it's a disgrace to innocent
Americans?

The worst garment I have ever bought in my entire life. It was horrible supposed to be denim some kind of polyester imitation. My advice is never buy nothing on this site.

I would have given less than one star, if that was possible... The item I just received bears no resemblance to the one I paid for. This is not a one-off. I have been disappointed by Ursime before, but this one takes the cake! The first image (below) is the coat I bought; 2,3 and 4 are of the item I received.

I attempted to cancel an order minutes after I placed it because I did not immediately see how long the order would take to arrive. Of course I never heard a response. When I finally returned from my trip and attempted to return the absolutely horrid quality clothing, they tried to get me to reduce my refund and then to keep the clothes. Only after threatening to file a dispute with my credit card company did they finally agree to accept my return for refund. They make returning their junk a very involved process with forms to fill out, authorizations to obtain, etc. I wonder if this clothing is being made by slave labor. The company's customer support is certainly lacking. Avoid this company. They are unethical.

I wish I had read reviews before I placed my order. Although I ordered two skirts on May 20, I received only one so far and that was two days ago, June 12. It shipped directly from China. The other is still not giving me any tracking information. The quality of both the fabric and workmanship are both of such poor grade that I am actually too embarrass to wear the one I have received. Even though the pattern is very dark colored, all the stitching is in white and stands out so visibly that it is unforgivable. And forget about returning any items because they make it so difficult and costly that it's not even worth it. The pictures online are so incredibly deceptive.

This is my first experience with this website, and definitely will be my last. I ordered a shirt on 11.14.23. As of this date, I still have not received my purchase. The numerous emails I've sent to customer service were answered in the same way: it's on the way, sorry for the inconvenience. The order time on their site is in very small lettering - 20 days, plus 3-4 days processing time. Since the order is underway, I cannot cancel the order. Needless to say, I will never order from this site again.

They sent me somethings I did not order. Some beige thing that looked like a pillow case with pockets, and some grossly ugly purple and black dress of cheap cotton with a black rayon lining that looked like it had been sewn in upside down, hanging from the bottom of the dress like a cows udder.

Love the clothes on this site but no communication in your order. Received only part order and not told where the other part is coming or if it's coming. Also put in second order before first arrived and now I'm worried 😟

I placed an order on June 1 2023. It is June 10 and the order is pending. I have placed the order again so I hope I get the order before my pageant. The competition outfit needs to be embellished.

I ordered some clothing from this company but when the order was delivered, several weeks later, some of the items I had ordered and paid for were missing.

I contacted the company and they insisted they had sent the complete order.

Their customer service department is not helpful but merely insists that your order has been delivered, even though it is missing the items you ordered.

I received a garment that does not fit properly and isn't the wrong size it's just not Madewell. However, I have sent four emails to the company to no avail. I have no written confirmation of the order to send them an order number and there was no order number in the packaging. They have refused to take it back without an order number and they have not told me how they confirm an order when it's received I guess I'm going to be donating this item to someone. Do not ever buy from them! I wish I had read the terrible reviews prior. Also reporting them to Better Business Bureau.

The item was not as described and in fact appeared to be printed onto cheap quality material. I immediately notified them I wanted to return the item. They requested the same information twice. I sent it 3 times and ultimately received a survey form "How did we do?". DON'T RECOMMEND. I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.

They simply do not deliver and try to cover it up as a delivery failure and giv sm random number for you to call while no one ever anwers...how convinient...refunds they hv not even heard of this word

So purchase two blouses. Never received an order number OR tracking, so had no idea when they'd arrived. Received one and was horrified at the lack of quality of the fabric. Now, i have to write them with no order number (wonder if it's intentional that I didn't receive one?, take photos and basically give them my first born to get a refund, which I know I will never, ever get.
So I am out over $100, totally frustrated, feel violated almost, at how stupid I am in regard to ordering from this company.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Their pics are deceiving, the fit is ridiculously off American sizes, and there is NO customer service.

I ordered from them about a month ago, then found the reviews on this site and realized I was about to get scammed. Their fine print said you could cancel before the order shipped, so I emailed them. I had to ask them twice to cancel and refund the order, and they said I'd have the refund in 5-10 business days. On the 11th business day I opened a dispute through Paypal and got my refund almost immediately, but I had to report them to do it. Beware..

Very, very bad quality. Instead denim the sent satin fabric and offer to me only half of refund. I was waiting for two months and now I received bad surprise this is awful dress and customer service didn't give a solution

The clothing online looks elegant, but what you'll get it super cheap clothing that isn't close to the pictures they advertise. And despite their full refund and excellent customer service promise, they only refund you what they paid for these clothing items, which is FAR from being a full refund. The fabric is thin, cheap, and it appears to be sweatshop quality clothes - FAR from what is represented online (conscious, environmental, etc) Anything positive you see about this company is a fraudulent post. These companies should be banned from social media platforms as they are scams.

The dress I order was listed as an "Elegant V Neck Beads Sequins Embroidery Sleeveless Midi Dress" it did not have any embroidery, it did not have any beads and you guessed it it did not have any sequins! The photo of the dress on their site looks as though it does have what is listed. I reached out to the company to return it. I had to pay for shipping and they offered a 50% refund or 50% an item on my next order within 24 hours. Very shady business! I will NEVER be ordering from them ever again! Learn from my mistake steer clear of this company!

I was hopeful but skeptical because I had previously ordered from Shein and I think these companies are similar. I got my order without much delay. The colors of the clothing I received were way different than the website. A poncho that looked golden on the website was a cartoon yellow. The other two items were supposedly velvet but were actually some weird hybrid where only the outside is velvet. The colors were off and the fit was bad. Too much fabric at the waist. I would like to return the items but I know it will probably cost more to send things back to China than the order.
