Do not do business with this company. I tried to return several items that I purchased. I was disappointed with the quality and fit. I requested a return label and was told they would offer me a partial refund and a coupon for future purchases. Also stated was the ridiculous charges for an international return. The package was mailed from a US address and I offered to return to same address in original package. Support from this company refused that offer. I am contacting my credit card company to dispute WARNING….DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I will write negative reviews everyplace I can until I am issued a full credit and instructions for return to same address that the package was mailed from!
I ordered a denim Jean jacket with fringe. They sent a cheap patchwork shirt which I did not order. It took 2 months for the order to be sent. Their solution to the problem was for me to take a 50% discount on my NEXT order. I can assure you there will be no next order and I want my money back. This company is a scam and will steal your money. Don't waste your money here. Ridiculous!
I ordered what was listed as linen and got all polyester clothing. It's been 2 months and I still have yet to receive one of my items. I bought 2 pairs of pants in different colors both medium. Instead I received 2 items that were not the same size at all. I wish I would have checked reviews before ordering from this place. Hopefully they get stopped by the bbb soon.
I ordered a pair of boots at the start of January. I heard nothing from them by the start of February and contacted them. They responded politely, saying they would contact the warehouse.
By the start of March, still nothing. Contacted again, and was offered 10 dollars off as an apology.
Mid-March I received shipping information and by the end of the month I had my boots.
They're very cute and they fit nicely. Not super-high quality, but, cute.

The dress I ordered took nearly 2 months to come and while the quality was fine it was not true to size. In fact, it was at least 2 sizes too small. I've repeatedly emailed Ursime on ways to return the product and get the right size and they will not respond. I DO NOT recommend this site.
Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews. I believed it is an honest business and they sell what they show in pictures and their description is accurate. I bought a linen dress; I received a polyester dress that is a very poor-quality fabric. The color is also way different, it almost looks gray, not purple. I contacted their customer service and was offered 50% off for a dress that I does not match the description and looks way different that advertised. This is such a scam and a terrible customer service.
What i received does not resemble the product offered for sale. Very cheap.
I took a picture of what i thought i was getting and a picture of what i actually got.
I made an order back in May. After a ridiculous amount of time the tracking info said it was delivered. It was not. I contacted support. I confirmed my address with them multiple times. Today, August first tracking info says it was delivered again. It was not. They can't get it right. Keep your money.
If I could give -1 stars, I would. Your size chart is ridiculous. The 5x is a size 12 at best. The clothing itself is made from some strange material that smell strange. The return policy...is not feasable. Please don't get roped into the pretty pictures. The clothing looks amazing, but comes in as anything but.

DO NOT order from this site. It should be SHUT DOWN immediately! I ordered what I thought was a beautiful designer dress and NEVER received it or was communicating with. This company fraudulently uses stolen photos of one of a kind jackets created from several etsy artists. They do not have that merchandise to sell!
I received a wrong duplicate item, the clothing is poor quality, and ill fitting. Product numbers are not on any emails so I was made to match up each article I clothing with the bag with super vague descriptions, type in long codes for the return email, include photos of items with sku code, and was only promised 50% of my clothing's price even though all clothes still had the tags attached. This company is DESIGNED to rip you off. Learn from my mistake and DO NOT BUY.
I registered on Ursime to be able to track my purchase. When it took too long to ship I sent them an email to inquire about it. They got back to me and said I should be patient and that they would ship soon. When I tried logging back onto my accounts they had deactivated it and my purchase was no longer visible. I made a claim through PayPal to get my money back since they were no longer honoring my purchase. They gave me a refund and that is the only positive thing that happened with them. I really wanted the item I purchased but they are not honest in their advertising.
My point of view is that you should not waste your time and money with this site.
I oredered a long colourful boho "cardigan"...the advertising says its a woolen blend...its not...its the harshest most plasticy synthetic material ive ever seen on a garment...its frankly trash material...doesnt flow and is awful to touch.Ive seen their products under other names so i presume when they get to many com0laints thwy change name of company. This shop is worse than fakes. Beyond giving you fake items they print out on thin knit a pattern that is slightly similar to what they actually advertise!

I got fed up and wrote a review they refused to make it right or remake the order until I took the review off. Just a week later all my accounts online got hacked! I had 2 orders from walmart, my instagram, discord, paypal, plus more even email all hacked!
I had to destroy my bank card and file several false charges with my bank. Never ever doing buisness with anyone from china again. It was either them or it was Ursime another fake clothing site from china that sells fakes.

Received one of an order of three after months. It's atrociously made and made of cheap shower curtain material. Not wearing that CRAP. I wouldn't even donate it
I can't believe I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER! I ordered 3 items in August and now it's November and my order is still incomplete. I tried to leave a review, but the site won't allow me to. I'm constantly told my order is processed! What does that even mean? The set I ordered came separately and the quality was the worst! I'm done ordering online and I'm SUPER DONE WITH URSIME!
