I've been trying to post my item review on the Ursime site repeatedly across several weeks, and it's never there when I look. It seems the site is blocking reviews; in fact, there are a fewer number of reviews now then when I first tried to post, so it looks like they are deleting too. So I'll try posting here, where they don't have control over it:
Almost nothing like the image in the listing, and when I purchased there were not user images that I could check it against. At $40 I kind of figured it wouldn't be, so I wasn't toooo terribly disappointed; but I loved the look of the pictured item so much I decided I'd risk it. Lost this gamble. The picture on the listing shows multiple layers of fabric throughout the skirt portion and different fabrics sewn together on the top portion. The item being sold is a single layer with a few different unattractive patterns simply printed on it. I only went so far as 1.5 stars because it's somewhat roughly the same cut and length as pictured. It's not a complete throwaway, but the listing picture is so misleading I won't trust this website to order anything else from it again. Also came smelling musty, like it had been damp. If the smell comes out in the wash, I'll probably wear it around the house; not so much out and about. I should have known better - I mostly blame myself, but do want to warn others to have low expectations.
WARNING! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. I PURCHASED AN ITEM AND NEVER RECEIVED IT! WHEN I EMAILED, REQUESTING A REFUND, NO ONE RESPONDED. TOTAL RIP OFF!
I ordered a patchwork cardigan and they sent me nothing close to it. Material was bad this is a fake website.
From the get the messed up my order and have been unwilling to refund my money. Worse customer service ever. Biggest Rip off site!
Sadly I did not read up enough about this company before I ordered. If I had seen some of these reviews here, I would have known better. I promised them that I would mention them and so here I am. I ordered from ursime about $77 worth of stuff. I went by their size charts and I measured myself very carefully and ordered the sizes corresponding on their charts, and then the items came. They were so tiny a child could not fit in them. Looked nothing like the picture. (They either have a photographer who works miracles with their really not well made clothing or the pictures are of something else.)
So, I contacted them and waited for their reply. Firstly,wanted me to take pictures of myself trying their items on. Really? Okay? So after I jumped through that hoop and got back to them they told me That they are so sorry. But at this time they just have no way to offer free returns to get things back so if you want to do a return, you have 3 options. You can either pay and ship them back or they'll give you a third back right now or they'll give you a coupon for $41. Excuse me you want me to spend 41 more dollars there? What are you crazy? Or you're only gonna give me a third of my money back? Or option number 3? I can pay the postage really seriously terrible service.and second of all. If that basically. Knew? That? They. Were never going to give? My my. Money back at any ways? Why did they put me through the trouble of taking pictures for them just to laugh at me? The moral to the story is either way. They're keeping about. 50 bucks? And they made? Out. I mean I? Wish I would have thought. Of such? A. Great system I could charge a $100 for something. That's really not real and then send garbage and then when they ask for a money back. I could say well. I'm sorry all I can give you. Is safe $30 and I keep a 100 for myself? What a money making scam. I hope a lot of people can see this review and do not lose their money like. I did it's not fun. My money is hard-earned and I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. I didn't need this. If anyone else has any other advice and knows of other great places for me to write about this let me know i'd be more than happy to.
The item is made by low quality materials and description is not matching the actual shopped item. Disappointed and I am Returning the item.
On Sept 22,2023 I purchased a denim Maxi Dress. After October 5,2023, I noticed I hadn't received any tracking info. I reached out to this company only to find that they are selling things that are not in stock. I gave them 2 options in their catalogue to replace the item they did NOT have in stock. Low and behold these options were NOT in stock EITHER. They then proceeded to send a link of the items they DID (according to them) have available for purchase (garbage) I would NEVER purchase from them or anyone else for that matter. It was at this moment I knew I had F'ed up. I immediately cancelled my order and requested my money be returned to me.This was done October 10,2023. What was perticularly vexxing was the customer service was promt with answering emails. It was the fact of them selling things they DON'T have. That is disconcerting to me as a consumer. I gave 1 star because I could NOT go lower. If I had not started looking for my package info they would have NEVER informed me, they did NOT have my items. DON'T BUY SHYT FROM THIS SITE
As an earlier poster said - wish I had read reviews. They do not refund returns. BUY ELSEWHERE! & be sure to share with your friends.
I am so glad I did my purchase via Paypal. This is a total SCAM site. I ordered 1 clothing item which was waaay too small. Size L, couldnt even fit my wrist into it. 2 earrings which dont even clip. Cheap Chinese crap. Then they dont want to refund. They actually asked me to take a pic of the item ON me to PROVE it was too small. I advised that that was NOT possible as the item is way undersized & that I was not going to waste my time doing that besides. Below is a pic of this item vs. the size chart. The item is 12 INCHES WIDE! A total of 24 inches around. The size chart shows 38.5 inches, (Even the small on the size chart is bigger than this) YET they think this is OK! AND they want ME to prove it doesnt fit. They then offered 40% refund with return or a 50% store credit, After I filed a paypal claim they came back with an offer of 40% refund & could keep the items. I declined anything but a full refund. The items are unusable.
It took 4 emails to finally get a return ship address. I Googled the address & saw a bldg w several businesses & no sign for J&M, which is the outfit they gave me that processes their returns. I emailed back that Id be shipping via signature required. The item was shipped to me from a guy in Florida. I just have a feeling this isnt going to go well.
I own an online store & would NEVER think of operating like this store does. I also advised him that if I do not receive a full refund that I would report his store to the FTC. He should be reported either way. This is an obvious rip off site. The real name of the company is Qiwu Trading Co., Ltd. Do yourselves a favor & DO NOT buy from these scam companies.
Jupe pas la même couleur et pas le même design que la photo du site. La finition est mauvaise également. Jupe a étagé mais celle reçue est cousue avec différents tissus. Mauvaise qualité de dentelles. Jupe de grand-mère.
