DO NOT BUY FROM URBANWOOD. WORST FURNITURE TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. Bought big ceiling height wardrobes & bed from UrbanWood in June 2024 spent lots of money. The doors do not shut at all and the bed does not slide at all. The storage racks do not open, one is half open since last 5 months. Complained several times but no action from customer care. Now I can not throw this furniture also, cant use it also. Space is occupied. Customer support person Aayush gives FAKE PROMISES. Only once carpenter came to supervise but did not return. I feel like burning this useless wood lying in my home.

Worst of experience we have got. Ordered a custom bed, paid advance and then after huge follow-ups, the bed came with a delay of 45 days. Pathetic workmanship, and it broke off in 3 days. We are sleeping on floor, gone to legal measures as this company and its representatives are a total fraud. Beware people.

Broken beds with polish being worn off, cracked in every corner. Claims to be sheesham wood but its plywood which is just colored. I am now continuosly asked by some person to give them a chance. After spending full money how can someone expect an old looking bed. My carpenter confirmed that this is not repairable and according to the return policy i have informed from day 1 itself rather when their carpenter came in and started opening everything. He told me he has been instructed to open and fix the bed, I was not aware who he had spoken to. When i am calling on the same numbers no one is even taking my call. Very conveniently they have dumped these beds here. I will take action, this company should be closed down and should be completely out of business with the way they are working. They are robbing people in the name of selling furniture. No one has still come to collect it after two of the staff promised that it will be done, then they switch off the phone numbers which are on the site.

I would like to place on record with utter dismay on the poor services provided by Urbanwood on a recent order placed for a value close to Rs.300,000/-. The services have been pathetic to the extent of several rounds of follow up and wrong promises each time. There is no ownership on commitments at all. This has been after influencing customer with an overload of sales pitch prior to placement of order.

Several errors:
1. Wrong items delivered
2. My ordered time being delivered at another Customer location
3. Reliance of local carpenters and diluting their accountability (in my case one carpenter from Urbanclap walked out after price negotiations...wonder why this was not addressed as we pay end to end)
4. Senior Management not bothered to address my feedback or compliant inspite of repeated reminders
5. Side box delivered without door knobs has been the height of all

PROCEED WITH CAUTION IF YOU ARE CAUGHT UP WITH A SALES PITCH WHICH THEY WOULD BEFORE ORDER!

Received tv unit from them recently. Product was perfect in terms of dimensions and finished product.

Have ordered shoe rack a month back. After taking partial payment they have stopped picking calls. Looks like a scam to me.

I couldn't get better quality than this bed, service and quality both are good, I'm satisfied with this product
