Besides the fact that they scam people with their mixed signal photos and descriptions, they charged my card TWICE and after almost 20 days I still didn't get my money back. Terrible service, terrible experience.
I ordered 3 items online and 2 months had passed, so I emailed the customer service team and they mentioned someone would be in touch to assist. I then replied saying what does this mean regarding my parcel, they replied saying that the order has been lost in transit and they will refund my money.
Very Disappointing! They mentioned they were unable to resend the parcel. I will never order anything from this site again. They should be shutdown after seeing all the other reviews.
I ordered a dress for a wedding that I am in Wednesday around 9:30am. After I noticed the item had not shipped the next morning I decided to call customer service. There was no explanation as to why the package had not shipped and I was told that I would not receive it until the following Monday. I even asked, then what is the point of paying extra for 2-3 day shipping? I will acknowledge that it is not the customer service reps fault and they did try to help as much as they could. Still, do not pay extra for express shipping because you will more than likely waste your money. I will rush to find a similar dress elsewhere.
I return my item price $29 but only receive refund $15. I contacted 3 times already was told to wait for them to precess refund. First by calling, 2nd via chat, was told to wait. Waited 1 week never get my refund, contacted again and was told 48 hrs, nothing happen. Never shop here ever again. This company is overpriced and fraud.
Ordered a sweatshirt for my granddaughter for Christmas. Received a notice and a thank you for my order. The order number was included as was the name of the sweatshirt ordered. It also stated that I had paid by credit card. We never got the sweatshirt. I contacted support at least 5 times and sent them all the information they asked for. Each time I contacted them they asked me for the same thing over and over as if no one was really looking into it. In the end I had to hand this over to Visa. My granddaughter picked another sweatshirt on Amazon and it was delivered to her In 2 days. Urban Outfitters is a joke
I ordered my comforter for my dorm off of the website and the first time I placed the order they sent me the wrong color and when I went back to replace my order the color I wanted was out of stock. I decided to just oder a different one and when I called to check up on my order they told me it was on back order and they didn't know when their stock would be refilled. Customer service was extremely unhelpful and I will never shop here again.
I was happy to find I would receive -15% off for my birthday, as a thank you for being a customer I guess. So I went online and ordered myself a £200 mirror Id been eyeing for a while. When I added it to my basket it recommended a pair of cycling shorts, I thought the price looked great and went ahead and ordered them as well. I thought I would get next day delivery as well, seeing as I was going abroad in a few days time. About a week and a half later I receive and email saying the mirror cannot be despatched as it has sold out. This is when I contact customer services to ask for a new code be sent to me so I could re-order the mirror on the american website. I received some of the worst customer service Ive ever come across and am left wondering how such a big company cant invest a little more in their customers. I will not be receiving the mirror I ordered and they cannot honour the -15% because I ordered a pair of £8 shorts on the side. Appauling service.
Could not cancel an order, even though it had not yet shipped. In fact, the order only shipped AFTER I called to cancel, with the departure scan reflecting that it shipped hours after I'd called.
I called four separate times and received different information about the ability to reroute the shipment back, since I had made a good faith effort to cancel.
My funds will be tied up for weeks while I wait for this item to come to my door, only to be returned because such a basic customer service request could not be fulfilled.
I ordered an item online and the website had a previous address on file. I added and then selected my current address and it still shipped it to the other address. Called them 4 hours later, before the item had shipped, and was told there was nothing they could do until it had shipped. I was told to call back as soon as it shipped to have it re-routed. When I did that, I was told I would not find out if it worked for 24-48 hours and there was no guarantee that it would not be delivered to the wrong address. Their customer service reps were rude and this is ridiculous. It had not even shipped and there was no option on the website to cancel the order after it was placed. Its 2018 - Urban Outfitters needs to get with the program and update their website and customer service. Their products are overpriced - you would hope you could at least get some good customer service.
We order a swimwear what we received is the bottom only and were told that they will send the top after we complaint what we received was a refund of the top which was lesser than what we pay for because the rate and fee.
This company searches every small business who come up with great ideas and products and then mass produces knock offs. Small business owners put their heart and soul into their products. SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESS, NOT THIS CORPORATE THIEF!
I used to like shopping at UO, but when I started shopping online, it became a disaster.
After almost 10 cancelled orders because of their website not working correctly, the tossed me around technical support and customer service without and answer, I had a gift card with a decent amount on it and I wanted my money back. After weeks of useless emails, I figure it out MYSELF how to solve the issue.
Don't bother buying anything from them, it's just overpriced basics that have poor quality.
My order came in 2 shipments. The first was fine, everything came packaged nicely and as expected. However the second part of my order was awful. Very poorly packaged (items were loose in the package in a pile and not packaged separately), the dress I ordered had a hole in the back and the zipper was completely broken. Also, they did not send me the septum ring I ordered. (I ordered a faux silver one and they gave me a real gold one). Extremely disappointed.
I ordered a sweatshirt and it was put on backorder for 10 months. When it finally shipped and said it was delivered, it was never actually delivered to my house. I spoke to seven customer service agents and not one person helped me. They gave me a refund on a totally different item and refuse to reship the sweatshirt or give me a refund for it. I've never had such a bad experience with customer service. For your own sake, shop somewhere else or go in person.

I went in to inquire about a price adjustment on a sweater I purchased 15 days before, that was now on sale for a quarter of the original price. The 2 scraggly looking gentlemen working at the front of the store said you only have 14 days and it's the 15th now so sorry. I explained that I had been out of town for work for the last week and would have came back sooner if there would have been a store less than a fee hours away, but they just looked at me blankly. I will happily be returning the $100 online purchase I just made when it arrives and will shop somewhere with some type of customer service. Maybe if they checked my purchase history and see that I've spent over $500 with their company in just the last month alone they would rethink their decision.
I ordered three items and I haven't receive it for more than two weeks. And when I call them they said the order was canceled. They were explaining that it was out of stock but I have not gotten any notice from them no email no phone call I just wasted my two weeks for waiting. Terrible shipping..
I submitted a perfectly fine order and then they said it would be canceled unless I proved I was the owner of my credit card. After that, they said my order was not canceled, but then suddenly they changed their minds without notifying me and now all of the products I ordered are out of stock. Thanks for nothing Urban
Urban Outfitters have a HORRIBLE return time. I shipped back a pair of Dr Marten boots I bought from them in december of 2014. I bought the boots put them in storage, put them on the for the first time in the summer and realized I was sent the wrong size. I sent them back thinking they would be shipped back to me in no time. Well, guess what? I shipped my boots two whole weeks ago and I am still waiting and set to be waiting for another week because it takes 30 days to process a return according to Urban Outfitters. I can send a laptop in for repairs and receive it back in less than 7 days, so why does it take 30 days to process a return? Stupid.
The team was extraordinarily helpful to me! I worked with TFG several years ago when buying my first hotel unit and again to buy the second one recently. Both times, I was extremely pleased with my experience. I really enjoed working with you! Way to go!
