I ordered three items and I haven't receive it for more than two weeks. And when I call them they said the order was canceled. They were explaining that it was out of stock but I have not gotten any notice from them no email no phone call I just wasted my two weeks for waiting. Terrible shipping..

I didn't expect much from this website at first but I love how this brand looks so I went and purchased the cloth. I bought one jean and one button up shirt. The QUALITY was super good. I can't believe this quality compare to the price of cloth. I shop at club monaco, zara mostly but J&I does have better quality compare to them and its much cheaper.
Regarding shipping, they let me know the tracking number right after few hours later and I got my shipment after 2 days! Super fast! And my shipping was FREE!
I love this store and I think i'm big fan of this store now :)

Pretty decent price with decent design.
I think their designer has been changed. I love their old designs better.

Love their design but the price is litter high.
