My review isn't so much about the sweatshirt as it is about UO's customer service. I placed my order on October 6th and it arrived on October 12th WITH THE SECURITY TAG ON IT. I do not have a UO store in my state so I first went to my local mall and tried every store and not one had the capability to remove this specific security tag. Two phone calls later and not one single apology for my inconvenience I was told a new one would be OVERNIGHTED to me (as long as I drove to my local post office and shipped back the one I've carried around with me all day trying to get the security tag removed, which I did immediately). I've woken up this morning (October 14th) to an email saying that my package will be delivered in THREE DAYS. After calling UO for a 3rd time, I was told it's the post office's fault because they're "running behind" and it still "might come to me by tomorrow". With the money that people pay for these products, you'd think maybe there would be slightly decent cusgomer service. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.
Today at the Oxford Circus store I was forced by the cashier (No. *******) to have my receipt emailed to me. I refused, and she told me I MUST to give her my personal email if not then I don't get any receipt. She said the store does not have any paper for receipts and was very rude and lazy.
I think this is against the law to force customers to give up their personal email address and then receive unwanted marketing.
I had to call the manager to a paper copy of my receipt. I will never return to this store.
Awful experience. The item I ordered in May 2022 was on back order for more than 3 months. It finally got shipped to me in Australia more than a month ago and its been in transit limbo and its difficult to track and get an estimated delivery date from customer service. Ive asked multiple times though chats and emails with customer service where my item is and they just don't know and don't give me any answers and just decided to refund me to shut me up. But I WANT the item I ordered. Absolute $#*!ing clowns ill never order with urban outfitters again.
Go somewhere you can trust! I bought 8 items in the beginning of August. 3 were missing at delivery. It's been a month of reaching out to customer service. The first online agent I spoke to stopped answering me. The second call agent I spoke to was the sassiest lady I think I've ever met. She made me feel idiotic for wondering where my items were & repeatedly told me "i don't know" without any help. The second agent transferred me to a supervisor because they didn't know why my items were missing. Finally she was able to tell me they were lost and those items are out of stock so there's no chance of getting them then gave me a refund of $1.43 instead of my full $78.16 total that should have been refunded. Then I check Urban Outfitters online and my missing items were still there in stock! What the hell? Do you guys even look into situations before telling the customer "i don't know" or giving false info? Their Customer Service team is rude, unhelpful & lacks the ability to handle customer needs as their job entitles. I still have no refund and am extremely upset. I will not be purchasing from Urban Outfitters again.
Really sad because I used to shop here. They either offer ugly oversized tees and sweatshirts or barely there tops that show your nipples? This isn't fashion. I could make this stuff at home. Hire all new designers. Not everyone wants to show their belly button or nipples you morons.
Went to purchase a pair of trainers for my daughter with the promise of 10 percent of my first order. Discount was not taken of at point of sale and I felt cheated. Then a ten percent code arrive after sale completion!, but customer service when I asked about this said the item I purchased did not qualify, it was in the terms and conditions, I thought in todays market we had got away from companies burying everything in the small print, obviously not. I'll not be shopping there again I will find somewhere more ethical to buy my goods
Terrible experience with Urban Outfitters. I purchased a pair of blue tooth headphones in April, by the end of July they malfunctioned and stopped charging. Urban outfitters basically refused to help in anyway as it was past their return period. Be careful when purchasing expensive items as they state that they do not offer any warranty so if something stops working within months of purchasing, they will not refund or offer a replacement or even offer store credit, so you will be left with an expensive item you can no longer use and out of pocket. They only were prepared to offer me a measly 20% off the price and a free express shipping code on my next order, 'as a gesture of goodwill' This does not even cover half of the cost of the blue tooth headphones. Needless to say I will never shop with them again.

Instead had to use a gift card. First order was part delivered with test of items not actually in stock. Second order in still waiting for. Appalling delivery service. No updates, not actually dispatched despite a message to say so, still say awaiting collection by carrier. Unacceptable and hugely disappointing as clothes are needed for a holiday and it's now possibly too late. Other retailers such as ASOS have managed to get a delivery here, within 2 days, even though their order was made after this one. Won't be using again. If there was an option for no stars if use that.
I had the most pleasant experience at Urban Outfitters in Martinez, Ga. I had an employee, I believe her name was Stacie she was so polite and helpful. If all employees were like her I would recommend Urban Outfitters to any and everybody.

This is not the first time I have had an issue with UO before. Recently I placed an order online that was $280. I had bought a birthday present for my boyfriend and come to find out I had two transactions pending on my account and total of $560 was taken out. And if your wondering I only received one order confirmation so it was not double ordered. I texted them and they told me I haven't even been charged once and they will charge once the item ships out. I still don't understand why I have two pending transactions and I can't access my money if I have even been "charged". The next day (today) I called them and they told me they would get their financial department to contact my bank to remove the second pending transaction. I just don't get why it is even there in the first place.
Under no circumstances buy this. It might work for jewelry, but not for scarves!
This is the flimsiest piece of junk I have ever bought. I used to love Urban Outfitters, but now I will never make a purchase from them again. This is junk. Even with carpenters glue before the screws, the damn thing fell apart. Worst thing I ever bought online!

The delivery man send my package to the wrong building so I didn't received any package. I contacted UO to receive some help since it's not my fault that he send it to the wrong building when I clearly put the number of my apartment correctly! The thing is, they said that I have to be the one who took care of this problem. To be honest, I'm very disappointed to this kind of respond. I spend $100 for nothing with the bad service. Do not expect them to take a good care of you if something happened with your packages. This is really sucks you know. Like, this is not right I'm not the one who send the package to the wrong address so why do I have to be the one who goes around and solve this problem. Another brands take a good care when the customer got any problem; send the new one, refunds their money, etc. But UO does nothing at all. Think twice before buying their product, if this is what you get when you purchase their stuff better buy from other brands with great sense of responsibility. ( The picture that I posted here is where the delivery man posted it. It's not my apartment so where the h that he delivers it when I clearly wrote down my apt number)

I ordered a furniture item in February 2022 (wardrobe). Biggest mistake ever. The item was of poor quality and defective, so it could not even be assembled properly. I contacted customer service for a refund, first of all, they made me disassemble it and fit it back into the original box which took me hours but that's fine. Item was picked up within the next several days but to this day I DID NOT RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK. It is May! It's been 3 months.
I contacted their customer support through the chat several times and all they can give me is empty promises. They have been withholding my money for months, and I don't even believe they'll refund me.
It is not just $10, it is $216. Never again I will buy anything from this place.

I ordered a sweatshirt and it was put on backorder for 10 months. When it finally shipped and said it was delivered, it was never actually delivered to my house. I spoke to seven customer service agents and not one person helped me. They gave me a refund on a totally different item and refuse to reship the sweatshirt or give me a refund for it. I've never had such a bad experience with customer service. For your own sake, shop somewhere else or go in person.
Ordered a sweatshirt for my granddaughter for Christmas. Received a notice and a thank you for my order. The order number was included as was the name of the sweatshirt ordered. It also stated that I had paid by credit card. We never got the sweatshirt. I contacted support at least 5 times and sent them all the information they asked for. Each time I contacted them they asked me for the same thing over and over as if no one was really looking into it. In the end I had to hand this over to Visa. My granddaughter picked another sweatshirt on Amazon and it was delivered to her In 2 days. Urban Outfitters is a joke
I bought overpriced jeans for their quality thinking that they would last for a while. Two months after my purchase jeans got ripped apart. I am so disappointed because I was really happy to buy some "good quality" jeans.
I placed an order on Boxing Day (December 26th), and had to get in touch with customer service on January 5th because I hadn't received any tracking information. I got an email on January 14th saying that they cancelled my order and my card was refunded. Got back in touch with customer service saying that I didn't want to cancel the order. They offered no additional options and didn't reply back to the rest of my questions. This experience was awful.
