Said it'll b delivered 2/9, next day said I had to come pick it up; I checked the website. Said can't come pick it up because will be delivered by 2/12 7:00pm the next day( no longer@ pick up location) the day after it's back@ the $#*!ing location, even if I have already updated access code. They didn't care to use amazons instructions or the one from ups. When I check the website it doesn't even show the update process anymore. In all website sucks, update sucks, the workers don't care about customers. Waste of my time.

UPS put down a virtually worthless package as worth over $500 without the knowledge or consent of the person who shipped it nor the person who received it and is now trying to collect over $150 in brokerage fees from me when their own website indicates there should have been no brokerage charge at all. I have made multiple phone calls and written multiple emails over the past month and every single person I have spoken to refuses to help me. Do not ship with them. Especially do not ship internationally with them.
Worst shipping company ever! I would give them a 0 star if I could! First, my package was delayed 3 times. Then, when it arrived only one out of the 2 packages came. We waited 5 more days and spoke to customer service multiple times. They were horrible! Finally we were done. We drove 40 minutes just to get the other half of our package. When we arrived the box looked like it had been ran over by the truck itself even though it said fragile. We opened it and one of the pieces was cracked! The bottom line is do not use ups!
The worst services I've ever experienced they delayed the shipment that was to reach to my relatives for Diwali. They unnecessarily charged €100 out of no where as VAT and on the App its showing as COD where related shipments were received by their neighbors without any additional charges. My relatives have being extorted by the delivery guy saying that if you'll not pay in 2 mins I'll take back the shipment. This is unethical and unacceptable.
UPS did not deliver my package to my apartment instead they are lazy and just dropped it off in a main lobby where it was stolen. This is a one of a kind item that cannot be replaced. This is not the first time where they failed to deliver an item and it was stolen. This is due to laziness of the delivery person. Unacceptable! UPS does not deserve 1 star!
UPS can't seem to deliver packages during our office hours. I was told if we clearly post our hours outside then UPS could accommodate. So after posting our hours, UPS still can't deliver on time. After calling customer service and informing them of the issue, the local rep called me back and told me there is nothing they can do and hung up on me! Worst customer service, if you can choose who to use, use Fed Ex or literally any other company as UPS obviously doesn't care for your business. I'd give them negative stars if I could!
First time they dropped it off they probably knocked on the door but I didn't hear it so I get why they had to come back and do a second attempt. Just so I can for sure get the package I left a sticky note telling the driver to do ring the doorbell or I left the note they left before but with a signature saying they can leave the package but nope super upset. And I will never be using ups ever again. And I strongly don't recommend it!
I truly believe that most of your drivers are clinically $#*!ed. How in the world do you read "Bldg 15/ APT 301" and still fail to make a delivery? Beyond me, but yet your driver claims that the address was improperly put in on the customer's end. Unfortunately for the original company I ordered my product from, I will no longer order from them due to UPS' incompetence. Not the first time I've had delivery issues with these brown shirt $#*!s. And you people want increased wages? Wow

This is the worst customer service, i am trying to contact somebody from the billing department from yesterday, i called like 40 times, they just transfer me to somebody else and after like one hour i return to the same person, what is this, i will not use your service again, you loose a customer but you dont care. I pay for two day shipping they received after 4 days, and what you do, i am sorry, what should i do with your sorry?

These people are incompetent. They've raised incompetence to an art form and I can honestly state that I have far more bad experiences than good. Literally 9 out of 10 deliveries fail and I end up walking the neighborhood looking for my packages or discovering that they were lost. The only good thing I can even mention is that they are STILL better than the United States Postal Service... And that isn't saying much!

Personal effects were packaged by UPS store and shipped from Toronto to British Columbia. At time of shipping cargo insurance was purchased at the UPS store. Computer arrived damaged and damage was noted at delivery Oct/2023. Formal claim submitted on Dec 5/2023 with accompanying documentation and photos. To date all we have received is standard form letters. It seems as if no effort is being made (by UPS) to actually settle this claim. Trying to get information on the UPS site is like pulling teeth. So in addition to shipping cost and insurance we are stuck with $5,250 worth of damages to computer and monitor. To date there is no sign that UPS actually intends to settle this claim.
Been here waiting for ma package for the last 2 weeks everyday i get an update saying it is going to be delivered the next day and end up satying home for no reason since i never got it. Called the customer service and the only thing they found useful to tell me was " Be patient sir. We have plenty orders running late." Which is not my problem i paid for express shipping not a belated shipping. They don't care about customers. Im about to file legal action against them
The UPS guy left it at the wrong house, took a picture of it upside down and then when I received that it was delivered I called them and bought a claim and then they closed the investigation and basically said sorry I don't know what to tell you. If I could give a negative star I would.
I bought a CD from target and it is supposed to arrive on March 27,2024, today it is April 4,2024 and I still don't have my package. Customer Service for both Target and UPS are extremely difficult, I still don't know where it is, except for Louisville, Kentucky. I'm not getting updates about what happened to it or if something bad happened (ex: tornado). I have never been informed on what disruption was caused. But I only know that it's in Louisville, Kentucky (which apparently has the highest risks for tornadoes).
I hope someone who has the EXACT problem please share to anyone who never used UPS before, so they'll understand it's an AWFUL company that is very careless about its own customers.

UPS has disappointed yet again, the most frustrating thing outside of having pushed out the delivery date 4 times now is the fact that they are unwilling to speak directly with the end customer and only allow you to speak to their $#*!ty $#*! virtual agent whom really doesn't solve any problems. NEVER using UPS again, $#*!ty service guaranteed.
I ordered a very important document through a company and paid 20.00 for next day air and ups sorted the package wrong which may cause me a job. My package was already in Atlanta where I live and they sent my package to Augusta ga. And then told me if my package is that important I can drive to Augusta 2 hours away from me to get my package. That's what I paid you for. Horrible company, horrible service. I give you a negative star.
I have been waiting for my package to be delivered going on 3 days now because the driver is too lazy to walk 20 feet to to door and just leaves a note on the fence and their so called manager don't have the balls to call you and just send emails telling you that the driver did attempt a delivery... UPS left a notice on the front door of the building for the second time (two days in the row) saying they attempted to deliver my package. What a lie!
I was home all morning at the time they stopped by, and they didn't use the intercom that is located right close the front door to buzz me. I am not the only one who got a notice left on the front door of the building. They are incompetent, lazy, and paid to do nothing! Now they tell me that if the package can't be delivered, I will have to drive all the way to a facility that is located 30 to 40 minutes drive to retrieve my package. Are you kidding?
As an American, I'm embarrassed at this company.
Called a day before expected delivery, no notification by text or email, asked for import charges at the door when I wasn't home without prior notification.
Website is terrible, with broken links and redirects, payment system a nightmare. Tried to log in and arrange delivery; I'm required to fill in forms to join 'MyChoices' or something, and at the end I'm told there was an error.
Avoid this company at all costs.
The Brokerage Charges are absolutely insanity. I will always self-declare from now on and skip their service wherever possible. Horrible experience and service.
Purchase an Item in the States for $64 + $43 shipping and handling... Now the Item is in Canada and UPS requires Duty Taxes and Brokerage fees to deliver it. Out of nowhere the fees have increase without my approval. Past contract or invoice is out the window!
This has to stop, look at all the complaints, Boycott those animals and sue them in small claim court for the maximum allowed under the court rules

They will not even connect you with a live agent, even though there customer service is open from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. unless you can provide a tracking number! Then on top of that, the processing center nearest me, where I can pick up my package, is only open from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Never use this pathetic excuse for a shipping company for anything! They aren't even worth the 1 star I was forced to rate them!
