I found it very easy to navigate the website, order my desk, and delivery was fast and well packaged. Assembly instructions are very good. Once all pieces were here, I assembled the desk in about an hour and had it set up and wire managed in about 4 hours. Now Customer Service, namely Krysten New! My desktop had some damage. It was on the top which I didn't fully unwrap until I finished the build and flipped it over. I called. Krysten answered. She had me email a few photos and then she replied with several options, all in my favor! It was easy to make a decision and I was made whole immediately! I ended up replacing my top with a different one which was shipped the same day. UpLift has determined that customers are their most important asset (Next to Krysten), and it shows in the quality of their products and service. Thank you!
I ordered an Uplift Desk and it was shipped super quickly. The setup was easy and well-documented. I did have an issue, though, with the keypad losing power every few hours once the desk was setup. I would have to power cycle the control box. I initiated customer support via their website and spoke with Danielle. A warranty claim was quickly opened, and after I sent in the required information, replacement parts were promptly sent. It fixed the issue, and I'm incredibly happy with the purchase!

I'm using both Autonomous' standing desk and Uplift's standing desks. Uplift's desks have higher quality desks and their logistic team works really fast, but shipment company broke item or made delays.
Thus I had to contact customer service multiple times. Every time I contact them, they do make movement to solve issue quickly and smoothly. So, I will buy my next desk at Uplift again!

Unfortunately, the package arrived via FedEx, and after viewing the severely damaged packing, it was obvious that the damage came from the shipping process. I have a real tight 43.4" niche in my home that I wanted to squeeze a 44" Uplift desk into to maximize space. The wall space is 45" but the extra wide base boards eat up space at base of walls.
