My wife and I had been thinking about getting adjustable desks for awhile now and finally decided to pull the trigger as we move into a new house. However, our moving date was a few weeks away so we emailed customer service to ask for a later shipping date. Avalon helped us out beautifully and got us the later shipping date. The desk top as I mentioned is fantastic, the support frame is also a fantastic. As has been mentioned elsewhere, it is a bit of a long process to put the desk together, but not difficult. The movement up and down is fluid and plenty quick enough, and not particularly loud. A note on the frame color, for anyone picking the industrial style, be aware it has a kind of bronze hue to it, it is not just grey.

I got my first order from uplift this past week and even though I needed a replacement tabletop due to issues with the shipper, the uplift customer service process was seamless. I went all out on the desk and got a lot of the cool accessories. The desk top feels solid and high quality. The accessories are top notch and super useful, especially the CPU holder, keyboard tray, and the saddle stool. And the post sales service is absolutely incredible. The paddle keypad is great but I changed my mind and wanted the number keypad. Avalon in customer service was super quick to respond and helped me get my keypad replaced. Would highly recommend!

I purchased a V2 Commercial standing desk from Uplift Desk and am very happy with the product. The desktop did come with a negligible defect in a corner, but I did reach out to their customer service anyway to let them know. Marianne Nissim was the representative that assisted me, and she was extremely helpful. Not only was she quick to respond to my inquiry, but she also offered me 3 different options for me to choose from to make up for the inconvenience. I was more than happy with all 3 options she offered and ultimately am happy that I purchased the desk from Uplift Desk among the many other options out there in the market.
I purchased a desk from Uplift at the start of COVID. My first interaction with them was very good. The 1st desktop I purchased was a bit too small. I called them up and they made it super simple to exchange for a larger size.

60" Saman Desk top arrived broken from the grommet down the length of the table. This was clearly horrid shipping (cough cough FEDEX, no surprise here) practices as you can see someone literally drove over the box and the entire thing was mangled.
Courtland Smith hooked it up when I contacted uplift with the issue. Quickly got my info and gave me multiple options for the table. I ended up replacing the top for free and was told I could do whatever with the broken one; repurpose it, sell it, trash, etc. They did an awesome job looking out for their customer
