As a remote worker (like many of us these days) I was looking for a good quality work-from-home setup. I was very impressed with the broad selection and reasonable pricing that Uplift had to offer and made my purchase. When the items arrived (ahead of schedule) I noticed some damage incurred during the shipping process. I called customer service and Marianne was exceptionally prompt, professional, and helpful! I was impressed that 1) I was able to speak to a real person immediately and 2) Marianne was genuinely interested in helping me resolve the issue. She was a fantastic representative for Uplift Desk and made me feel appreciated as a customer. How a company responds to post-purchase inquiries shows how committed they are to their products and what they think of their quality. I highly recommend both this company and Marianne to anyone considering a similar purchase!

I wanted to place an order for a new desk and take advantage of a sale Uplift was holding, but have the desk shipped to me a month later. I used the online chat, and Anthony T provided me with amazing customer service! He was able to answer all my questions and provide me with a quote that was good for 30 days, which will allow me to place the order at a later time when I'll be able to actually receive delivery.
I ordered an uplift desk after being referred by someone I trusted. The Uplift Desk website was very helpful, but I still had a few questions, mainly around shipping that I spoke with a customer service representative about, Sam C. She was so helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure that my new desk would arrive asap, without it arriving before I actually got into my new apartment. She really went above and beyond, and right before a holiday weekend no less. Overall great experience, but the thing that pushed me over the top was my interaction with Sam C.
Bought a new adjustable standing desk with a bunch of accessories. It arrived quickly, and works great. Assembly wasn't too difficult, but it definitely needed 2 adults.
It's four stars instead of five because I was a little disappointed in some of the accessories - that they require drilling into the underside of the desk, with no pre-made mount points. As a result, some are still sitting in their boxes until I have time to turn the desk back over and deal with them more carefully. (Accessories like the hammock, the drawer, etc. -- it's up to you to drill holes into your desktop.)
I stupidly lost a key piece of a monitor arm, and Danielle from the Uplift customer service dept was able to quickly find, quote, and ship a replacement. Thanks!
The desktop for my order was damaged during shipping. Follow-up by Uplift Desk's Danielle Breed was timely, courteous, and totally professional. She quickly resolved the problem by executing an order for a replacement top, which is on the way.
While I was disappointed that the damage occurred, all was made good and right by her great work.
I've had my Uplift desk for a number of weeks now and am loving it! Unfortunately, while raising it on Friday, a few days ago, it stopped. Seemed that it just lost power. I called on Saturday, and my call was answered quickly. Jeremy L. Went through the troubleshooting steps with me and we determined that the issue seemed to be the control box. I sent a few pics of the box and connections, and he had a replacement sent right away. I was thankful and happy for the quick response and Jeremy's thorough follow up. A replacement part is en route now, so hoping it takes care of the issue, but as for customer service thus far, I've been very happy. It helps reinforce my satisfaction going with Uplift.
Ordered multiple desk and no issues with the product seem to be great the short time we have had the new desks. Did have a damaged table top and was damaged during shipping. Worked with Danielle Breed and was a very seamless process for submitting information on a damage claim and the table top was shipped same day and received in great condition two days later. Hopefully everyone's customer service experience was/will be as great as mine was.
I recently purchased an L-shaped Uplift Desk after researching the market thoroughly. I was undecided between the Uplift model and one from a competitor and reached out to customer service via the Live Chat to have a few questions answered. After about a 15 minute wait, I was paired with Abby V., who not only thoroughly answered my questions, but offered to put together a custom quote with a few items I was adding that were not part of the desk bundle. It didn't take long before the quote came through, and she followed the purchase all the way through shipping.
While I cannot comment on the quality of the product yet, I will say that there level of customer service earned them the sale over their competitor.
Avalon was the support person who helped me and she was FAST, positive and so knowledgeable about the Uplift products, and very personable. She is the perfect example of how a customer service rep should operate. Thank you for going above and beyond, it resulted in a sale!
The desk showed up with no damage. Took a while to assemble on my own but very possible when by yourself. Avalon helped me with any questions I had and provided full transparency on shipping statuses!
This is just a great company all around. Unfortunately got crack in desktop (stuff happens); I can't say enough about how easy Uplift made it to get it replaced quickly. Top notch customer service here.

Our Uplift desk gets more use than any other furniture we own. They are also easy to contact for personalized in-company support. Most recently, I inquired about a cabinet accessory and the Uplift representative (Sam C.) went above and beyond in answering my questions. In short, Uplift makes high quality products and stands by them with excellent support and customer service.
UpLift desk answered their phone immediately with no hold time. Sam C. Stepped me through my order step by step suggesting appropriate modifications and pointing out items I did not need. She provided opinions when asked based upon her own experience as well as customer experience. I had a problem with my desk not being able to reset. My customer service representative, named Marianne Nissim very clearly walked me through the process of determining the problem. She explained that the controller needed to be replaced and indicated when it would arrive - approximately 3 days. Marianne was clear, professional, welcoming and helpful on every level. Thank you
