I just ordered an adjustable desk from Uplift Desk and had great support throughout the process from customer service rep Samanath Cobb. I first encountered her via an online chat, when she was able to help me take advantage of an offer for a free desk lamp with my order (which I somehow went away before I could sign up for it). She was very courteous and responded to my questions quickly yet was not pushy or intrusive. She followed up after noticing the item in my shopping cart for a few days as was making my decision, but didn't put any high pressure sales tactics on my.
If every company could have a customer service rep like Marianne Nissim the world would be a better place. Her patience, professionalism and kindness were so pleasing when we had to order a quick shipment of desks etc. She was able to help us with any questions and was quick on follow-up. We will be using Uplift Desk for all our school needs. Thank you Marianne.
We were very pleased with our new uplift desk, until something went wrong. The controls locked up for some reason. I dealt with Courtland over in Customer Service, and he continued to work with me until the issue was completely resolved to my satisfaction. I really appreciate Uplift Desk standing by their product, and their customers. Will continue to support Uplift because of it.
I don't post reviews very often but the customer service so far has been outstanding. I would recommend asking for Avalon Myst sales. She has done a great job helping customers, following up and helping with the overall transaction. To include taking note of some things that might need updated like USB standard versus USB-C as an option. I normally don't write reviews but outstanding service on this one. I will update the comments once I receive my desk to see if they match the service.,
Desk works and looks great. Not too hard to assemble and all pieces have a solid quality. Customer Service Rep, Avalon Myst, was also very helpful when I ordered the wrong size desk and needed an exchange.

I bought 60" x 30" with Dk Rubberwood Solid Wood. So many accessories to choose from. It's like a one stop shopping for anything you need. The table looks beautiful and steady.
There was issue with delivery of the tabletop. They have an amazing customer service. Timothy (Tim F.) has been very helpful in resolving the issue. I am happy with the table and the excellent customer service. I'll definitely recommend their products for anyone in the market for a standing desk. You can't go wrong with them.
I absolutely love the Bamboo Uplift C Frame I purchased. It's definitely worth the extra bucks to get the upgraded paddle for the height adjustment. I had a slight ding on the desk and Marianne Nissim was wonderful helping me get the replacement shipped out. I love the peace of mind knowing this has an excellent warranty. The cables are hidden and its such a sleek look. I couldn't be more pleased.
Here's a tip, if you're going to get the desk, I'd invest in the foot rest. I didn't order it in the beginning but now with all of this home office luxury I cant go wrong so I'm ordering it today.
The desk is certainly high quality especially with curved bamboo top. My husband loves it. I have several questions on whether exchanging to C-frame from T-frame I bought, Steve Bostic has been super responsive and answered all my questions clearly. He also provided immediate help on exchange even though my husband decided not to do so at the end. I have strongly recommended Uplift desk to my friends and two of them plan to buy. Steve is definitely the reason that I am willing to make recommendations in addition to high quality. Great customer service does make difference for customers! Hope we have more people in customer service filed who do great jobs like Steve does! Thank you Steve.

I looked at many different adjustable desks. UpLift Desk is by far the best I found. For the price, is a value that is hard to beat. Very high quality material and worth the investment. When I received my desk, the desktop was unfortunately cracked. However, once I notified customer service, all was taken care of and a new desktop was received in a very timely manner. Would recommend.
We ordered an L-shaped uplift desk and there was a little bit of confusion regarding the actual size of the return piece. We thought it would 60" in length but that dimension includes the width of the main desk. Oops. I called customer service at uplift and Steven was courteous and extremely helpful in facilitating replacing the piece for our office. Customer service like that will always result in repeat customers!
My warranty issue has been resolved in very prompt fashion and my interaction has left me absolutely satisfied, I wish there were more companies with employees and customer relation practices as in Uplift.

We have purchased 4 Uplift Desks this year and have been extremely satisfied with all aspects of the process. Ordering is a breeze, units are delivered when they are promised and you receive a wealth of assistance to put the units together (video and written). On one of the desks we miscalculated the length of the desk surface and reached out to see about swapping parts. Marianne N. Responded very quickly and had the new part ordered for us within an hour of my first email. That is so rare these days. So even if the desks weren't incredibly awesome they'd still have me as a customer. But, I have to tell you, the desks are amazing. So glad we found these folks.
I ordered a standing desk along with several accessories from Uplift Desk. They arrived on a Friday, and I spent the evening putting everything together. The whole assembly process went off without a hitch, except my dumb $#*! locked the keys to the filing cabinet inside of it (facepalm). I emailed their customer service department late Friday night, and Julien got back to me early Saturday morning. I was stunned!
One quick email exchange later and I've got a new set of filing cabinet keys on their way to me, less than 12 hours after I contacted support. Amazing product and support, I highly recommend Uplift Desk!
I ordered the wrong desktop for my new Uplift desk online, which was more expensive and resulted in a shipping delay. I phoned customer service at Uplift and spoke to Danielle Breed - she got me sorted out in no time, hassle free. And my new desk should be arriving within days. In today's day and age, to get a thoughtful human being on the phone with judgement and common sense is priceless. Very satisfied.

I did a bunch of research on several sit/stand desks and chose Uplift for a variety of reasons. I also loved the ability to customize color, size, and add-ons (and they give you free ones!). The desk was a dream to set up - great instructions, no problem at all. About 2 months in, I had an issue where the power cord was yanked out under the desk by my rambunctious puppy and I was unable to get the desk moving again. I sent an email and in less than 24 hours, Lucy Stevens ( Sales & Customer Service Specialist) wrote back with a few things to try (and a promise to help out if none of them worked). Luckily, one of them worked and everything is great. Great customer service and very cool desk.

Immediately after placing an order for a desk I realized I made a mistake. Customer support was easy to contact and quickly helped with my issue, following up with me through the process. It's my first day as a customer and I already feel confident if I ever need to use the 15 year warranty.
