UPLIFT has top notch and fast customer service. They ensure a good product. My first desk was damaged during shipping and they replaced it. Additionally, they have excellent instructions and help documents that actually are useful and easy to find. My wife and I have had these desks for years and they are extremely sturdy and durable. I'd recommend these desks to anyone regardless if you want to use the standing features.
When my desk order from Uplift had some issues, Avalon was very helpful in getting things resolved. She very promptly filed a FedEx logistics claim when the desktop got stuck/lost at the distribution center. Then when the desktop arrived damage, she responded very quickly with a couple solutions and promptly put an order in for a replacement desktop. While I'm sad that it's taken a lot longer to get my desk up and running than I had hoped, I know Uplift did everything they could to help correct issues caused by the shipping company.

I bought my first Uplift desk three years ago. I'm so happy with my purchase that I'm planning to purchase another desk for my second office. Due to space constraints, I need a different size desk and had several questions about how I could configure the smaller desk to best meet my needs. I contacted customer service and was connected with Danielle B. She was outstanding - friendly, conscientious, and very helpful. We ordered some desk tops that, once we installed them, realized were not big enough. Avalon at Uplift Desk was extremely helpful through the Chat and quickly set me up with new tops that will work perfect with our space. She also let me know the return process, which seems to be very easy.

Bought a chair from their sister site Human Solution, it arrived quickly except there was a structural/mechanical issue with the recline. I was able to reach out to customer service online through their chat and the response time was immediate and helpful. Norman Scott helped me initially with looking at a video of the problem and sending my issue over to the warranty dept who got back to me with a suggestion to try and fix the problem myself. When the fix didn't work, I followed up with customer service again and got Avalon Reese who was able to go back through what already happened, go right back to the warranty dept, and got a replacement shipped out to me within a couple days. She was very responsive and nice both in chat and through e-mail.
Thanks for paying attention to your customers! Buying furniture is such a pain, and more so when it's not right when it arrives, and knowing getting help is easy if something goes wrong is a huge incentive to come back.
We ordered 3 standing desks with accessories and they all shipped the same day. 2 days later we had them and got them set up. One table top had a busted corner so we asked about it. I bought a standing desk from Uplift Desk a year and a half ago. Such great construction, and standing while at my desk 10 hours a day makes all the difference. Uplift Desks really, really does stand behind their product as well. I had a problem on the base of a chair from them... I had the replacement product 2 days later, free of charge. And their techs, especially Anthony Tipton were so helpful with videos and quick support. Honestly, out of the thousands of companies I have done business with in my life, Uplift Desk has to be in the top 5. Such good products and even better service.
I've used an assortment of standing desks since 2014 and bought my Uplift Desk in 2019. I've loved the desk and had no issues until with no warning, it stopped standing and lowered all the way down. I went to the Uplift site and found some helpful troubleshooting I was able to walk through but kept receiving the same error message. I called in and promptly got connected with Steven, who was able to handle the issue quickly and pleasantly. He explained everything they would need from me and emailed me with examples of the pictures they would need to proceed with the warranty claim. His handling of my situation was top notch and exactly what you hope for as an Uplift customer, or a customer of any business for that matter
Initially ordered the 42'' x 30'' desk with a T- frame. After putting it all together (worked great and had no problems) realized that the 30'' width was too big for my living room and that the 24'' version would work way better. I called Uplift's customer service and got amazing help from Timothy. We initially were planning on just getting the desktop replaced to 42'' x 24''. When we realized that the T-frame does not support the 42'' x 24'', instead I was able to return the whole desk and replace it with a C-frame. It was free to do so with no shipping costs. Throughout the whole ordeal, Timothy was patient, helpful and easy to work with. Some of the best customer service I've had.
