Steve Bostic in customer service help me get a defected desk top replaced within minutes of me calling. 5 stars for Steve 4 stars for uplift for shipping a defected desk but replacing the top with no hassle.
Making a job change and going from in office work to WFH meant I needed some new tools and a desk would be high on the priority list. Luckily a friend had an Uplift desk top he and his wife weren't using, but it needed legs. Opened a chat customer service call with Uplift and the representative, Kris Rodriguez, was able to quickly and efficiently (links included) provide me with the answers I needed (including availability and potential shipping times from their warehouse). I appreciated the short wait time to chat with someone and the ability to have an actual person answering my questions. Made the process easy and I got the information I needed to make the purchase to support the desk top I already had.

I had an issue where I lost track of my current order and had a bit of a tough time finding out how to track the current status of my desk, but one representative Sara B was incredibly helpful and even went as far as to reach out to the companies third party partners to get me a full update and updated ETA on my order.

Got my UPLIFT Standing Desk V2 a few weeks ago and was easy to mount (tabletop has most of the holes pre-drilled, although depending on your add-ons you may need to drill a couple more). The desk has high-quality finish and it's perfect for a home office.
Unfortunately a piece was faulty (control box) and the desk stopped working on the second day. I reached out to Upliftdesk support, and they solved the issue in minutes via Chat. After a couple of days I got my replacement control box at home for free and the desk works perfectly since then. Shout out to Jackson Dely and Avalon Reese-Aceves who were the support agents that provided frustration-free support!
We ordered a butcher block desktop and it was delivered in a day. The desktop box was damaged upon delivery and I could see the beautiful Saman Butcher block inside and was really hoping that it was not damaged while shipping. Upon unboxing, much to our disappointment, the desktop was damaged. Julian Lanza at customer service helped us, gave us a few options between compensation, free items or replacement. Since we hadn't started assembling we opted for a replacement. We were able to get in touch with him super quickly since he shared his direct number and was able to resolve the issue in minutes.
I had to get a standing desk for working from home since I was unable to be in office to use the ones provided there. It didn't take much research to figure out that these were the best out there, and I also had already been recommended these before by a coworker. UI on the site was easy to use, and I ended up getting a 60"x30" solid bamboo desktop. There were a couple of slip ups on the fault of the shipping carrier, however UPLIFT's customer service rep, Avalon Myst, was incredibly helpful and great to deal with. She worked with me to resolve the issues that came up.
I've been looking at standing desks for some time and decided to ger the Uplift 60" wide version. It is amazing!

I recently ordered two UPLIFT desks for my business, upgrading from a single plastic foldable picnic table. Everything was fine except the 2nd top came cracked. I contact customer support and Marianne was amazing, after providing photos of the damage she promptly got another top shipped.
I'm giving UPLIFT 5 stars (although the packaging for the accessories could use some work), but I'm giving Marianne 10 stars for incredible customer support. That type of service is why I'll be a return customer in the future, without considering anyone else.
I ordered the Uplift 4-Leg 80" x 30" Black Bamboo desk.
I originally received the desk with a crack in the desktop, possibly due to shipping conditions. However, this was not a problem as customer support was extremely helpful and responsive to my concerns. Britney from customer service helped me make a warranty claim and get a new desk top shipped out quickly. They were able to resolve my situation promptly so I could move forward with building my desk.
As for the desk itself, it feels very high quality and sturdy. I was hesitant at first to get a adjustable desk because I had carpet flooring but it is extremely sturdy with no wobble. Assembly instructions were easy to follow and everything is laid out in a simple format with extra notes on things to be careful of. The additional wire management tools they provide has been very helpful in keeping my workspace clean. The lift system is easy to use and gives you the ability to have memory settings.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the Uplift desk quality as well as their customer service. It is very likely I will order additional desks in the future for another workstation and for other family members.

During my interaction with Uplift, I had the opportunity to interact with the fantastically named Avalon Myst. Avalon answered all my questions, and helped get me details on shipping one of their uplift desks to the middle of nowhere in Northern British Columbia, 250km from the nearest city. Given the rave reviews I've seen of the product from others, I fully expect the desk itself to match the excellent customer support thus far.
Answer: Very easy, as others have said. Avalon was available immediately via chat and also helped with quotes etc from her personal email. A nice change from the typical bots most sites have!
