Fantastic customer service

When I purchased a second Uplift desk for my wife after she saw how great mine was, I assembled the desk, which shipped very quickly, only to find it didn't move at all. I contacted customer support and was helped by Bney. She led me through a thorough and helpful exchange process for the desk control box and cables. My wife is now enjoying her sit/stand desk all because of abbey's fast, effective, and professional customer service. Thank you!

I had the pleasure of interacting with Avalon from the customer support team and I have to say, she was a delight to work with. Not only was her personality warm and friendly, but she was also extremely receptive to my needs and concerns. She listened attentively and provided clear and concise answers to all of my questions.

What impressed me most, however, was her responsiveness. She was quick to respond to my inquiries and kept me updated on the status of my issue. This made the process of resolving my problem much smoother and less stressful.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the level of service I received from Avalon. She exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for assistance with their needs. Thank you, Avalon, for all your help!

Top-Quality Customer Service

I had spent quite a few hours researching standing desks, and I settled on a few great options, but I still wasn't quite sure which brand to go with. I knew about Uplift's quality from coworkers and family that purchased their desks, but what drove me to finally make a purchase with them was speaking with Avalon Myst from their team! It was an above and beyond experience, and I felt completely cared for during that experience. I felt like I made the right choice going with a brand that cares about putting such smart and compassionate individuals on their team- I'll happily place my work from home experience in their hands.

Dreamy setup!

I've been wanting this setup for so long!
This company is the real deal: no bs, fast shipping and the best customer service. I had to replace the wood board to match my drawer and asked for the foot hammock that I didn't get when I first purchased the desk.
Avalon went above and beyond! She was very patient and helpful.

You have a customer for life!

I received a call 2 hours before my delivery window to inform me that my delivery would be delayed a day. I worked from home that day so I would be able to accept the delivery. Working from home was a bit of a hassle without the desk that was supposed to be delivered. The new window was 24 hours long so I took off work to accept the delivery. I called mid-way through the day to try to get a more accurate delivery window so I wouldn't have to sit at home all day. I was informed that my delivery was delayed a second day and that the carrier knew it would be delayed a second day and chose not to tell me. I called uplift customer support to address the issue but the response they gave was that I could return the desk after and pay for freight shipping costs.
TLDR: expect to spend 3+ days standing around to receive a delivery. Don't bother calling customer support they just put you on hold and say that there is nothing they can do to help.

Top-notch Customer Service from Uplift

We received a damaged desktop and contacted Uplift right away. Bney was our customer service rep and she was so attentive and kind. She patiently explained to us how to go about resolving the issue, which included sending photos of the damaged desktop. Soon after sending the photos, we received a response from Bney that our service request was resolved and a new desktop was en route. Thanks, Bney!

I've received excellent customer service throughout my experience of ordering a desk from Uplift. When I realized I needed to exchange the size of my desk, I called the company and Julian Lanza was very helpful with the process. There was no issue with the exchange - he immediately helped to arrange for the return of my desk and the repurchase of the better fitting items. I'm very excited about my desk.

Excellent customer service!

The desk is great. It's solid, doesn't wobble at standing height, and was easy to setup. The real star of this show was the customer service. I received a box that had quite a bit of damage and was supported with plastic straps to prevent further damage and accidental opening. Two parts were bent, the frame piece where the leg attaches and the leg itself, which prevented installation. I reached out to support and was connected to Steve B. After sending photos of the damage he promptly sent replacement parts. At first I only though the one piece was bent, causing the leg to not fit properly, but it turned out the leg itself was also bent. That part was replaced also and once I received it the desk was together in minutes.

Steve B was great throughout the entire experience.

TL;DR: ordered a desk 2 years ago, lost a small part in the move, customer support specialist (Steven B) was able to figure everything out and get my part shipped within 2 working days.

I want to start off by saying the quality of the actual products by Uplift Desk is impeccable. I'm a pretty handy/tech savvy person but a sit/stand desk was something I'd never worked with before. My desk, monitor arms, grommets, power cords and everything else were packaged well with clear instructions and I got everything set up with 2 mounted monitors and 2 power grommets plus the cable management in about 2 hours, most of that time being cable management and making adjustments to the monitor height/angle which was super simple. My review is actually coming about 2 years after my purchase though because of an interaction I just had with their Support team. I moved recently and was far too optimistic, thinking if I wrapped everything tight enough I could have the desk (minus the actual monitors) moved with the monitor arms still installed. I'm sure it's no surprise to anyone reading this but that didn't work and I had to quickly scramble and gather all the parts of the arms and mounting equipment mid-move, shove them in a shopping bag and go. When reassembling the desk in the new house, I got about 80% of the way in when I decided to put up the arms, realizing I was missing a piece from the mount. There's a metal piece on the clamp that holds it secure underneath the desk and I couldn't track it down so my entire install was halted. I couldn't find the part online so I went out on a limb and reached out to Uplift, asking if I could buy that particular part but fully expecting to have to buy a whole new mount. I received a super quick response the next day (I emailed on a weekend) ready to help. The Specialist I spoke with, Steven B, was awesome from start to finish. As I write this it's mid-day Tuesday and we're expecting my part to be on the way by tomorrow, far sooner than I expected! Steven made sure to confirm the part I needed, my shipping address since it had changed since my original order, and everything else. He got back to me as soon as he was able to confirm they had the part and instead of paying the $100+ I was prepared to spend on a whole new mount, I spent barely over $10 for only what I needed and had a great experience throughout. Hopefully Steven's boss gets to see this- I'm a former manager for Customer Support and he's definitely a gem! Some people just know how to empathize and make the customer feel confident that they'll be taken care of and I definitely felt that way. Thank you Uplift Desk, thank you Steven!

Amazing support!

I want to give a massive shoutout to the customer service of Uplift! Special kudos to Ms. Avalon Myst, which helped me with detailed information regarding shipping worldwide. I wanted to get this shiny desk but it's hard to send a huge tabletop and desk frame from the US to Europe. Ms. Myst helped me by creating an order service which made it easier to add all the accessories I wanted, since the website was not clear what could and could not send worldwide. She was super kind, patient, empathetic and clarified all my questions with great suggestions! I wish more support services were like this, with real people! :)

Excellent customer service experience!

This is NOT a review of the product as I have not received it yet, but I did want to drop a review of the exceptional customer service I received from Avalon (my sales/customer service rep). I initially chatted with her on the website to have an order created and then worked with her over the next couple of days to finalize the order (and make changes that I asked for). Honestly, I was VERY surprised by how helpful and responsive Avalon was - I'm hoping it is a reflection of the quality of the Uplift's products. She made the ordering process easy - and it was so nice to be able to pick up the phone and call her directly when I needed clarification on shipping expectations, etc.
