I opted to call regarding the ordering of a desk and had the good luck to connect with Krysten New. This was the first time ordering a product from your company and Miss New was extremely helpful and generous with her time. My ordered arrived very quickly and the instructions for putting the desk together were excellent and easy to follow. I especially appreciate that all of the little bolts and screws were sealed in separate plastic compartments and labeled, to eliminate confusion at each step.
When I discovered that two accessories in my order weren't in the shipment, as well as when I discovered that one of the "upgrades" I purchased wasn't actually necessary, Steven Bostic in customer service was a dream to work with. He was courteous and helpful, able to answer my questions, and get me quickly set up with a call tag, a credit, and a replacement to take care of the three minor issues with my order.
The desk itself has already been a game changer in the three days I've had it and I look forward to improving my balance with the balance rocker.
I have been helped by Samantha Cobb from UPLIFT. I received my desk as promised with a bit of delay by Fedex. UPLIFT communications were amazing and kept me in the loop on delivery date and time. I love my desk and really enjoy using it. I highly recommend it.
The most important thing to me was the service that I have received from Samantha. It is very hard to put my satisfaction about the service in wording. I have never seen anybody so responsive and polite as Samantha. She is extremely responsive and really is there to help and keep customers happy and help them as much as she can. People like Samantha, are a great asset to any company like UPLIFT and I will be back to UPLIFT for future orders because of her.

So, when I called I was put on with Kelly Anderson. His level of detailed knowledge of your desks and focus on meeting my needs made the call a wonderful experience.
I worked closely with one of the sales specialists by the name of Avalon Myst. She was very helpful and quick to respond. I had a slight tweak to my quote and she had it to me very quickly. Very pleased with the customer service experience from both Avalon and Uplift Desk.
I've received excellent customer service throughout my experience of ordering a desk from Uplift. When I realized I needed to exchange the size of my desk, I called the company and Julian Lanza was very helpful with the process. There was no issue with the exchange - he immediately helped to arrange for the return of my desk and the repurchase of the better fitting items. I'm very excited about my desk.
My desk was on back order so I called them up and asked if they could help me find something I could get sooner. Courtland was really kind and helped me pick out something that I could get sooner and even suggested I buy a better set of controls that would make it so I could automatically set the height, and it wasn't very expensive to add on which I appreciate.
I purchased the Crescent Saddle Stool (along with many other things), and in my excitement upon it's arrival, I assembled the stool immediately without reading the instructions. I ended up forgetting a piece, and getting the cylinder of the stool stuck in the seat (the piece I forgot goes between the two...)
Anyway, I gave Uplift a call and Kianna answered the phone, and she was a great help giving me advice on how to dislodge the cylinder from the seat of the stool. I couldn't dislodge the cylinder while on the phone, so she followed up via email with a detailed set of instructions - and it worked!
So now I'm happily sitting on the stool writing this review, thank you Kianna!
After witnessing my son, with envy, use his UPLIFT Desk, I took the plunge and ordered one for myself. Unfortunately, it never arrived. I reached out to UPLIFT and Daniella descended from the cosmos to maintain order and my confidence in the goodness of the universe.
Although the in-transit loss was out of UPLIFT's control, Daniella took full ownership of the situation. She informed me of what she would do, then regularly communicated status updates. When it was determined the carrier had lost my desk, she immediately shipping out a replacement unit, tracking information and all.
I greatly appreciate Daniella's gracious professionalism, and that she did not let this carrier mishap get in the way of my already great experience with the UPLIFT brand.
BTW, solid product. Easy to assemble and steady like a rock!
I wasn't sure what to order and I had a lot of questions. I called and spoke to Keyaira from the showroom and she was amazing! I haven't received my desk yet, but I would recommend Uplift Desk based solely on their outstanding level of customer support! Best of all, I ordered on a Monday and it all arrives on Thursday - can't beat that!
I received a call 2 hours before my delivery window to inform me that my delivery would be delayed a day. I worked from home that day so I would be able to accept the delivery. Working from home was a bit of a hassle without the desk that was supposed to be delivered. The new window was 24 hours long so I took off work to accept the delivery. I called mid-way through the day to try to get a more accurate delivery window so I wouldn't have to sit at home all day. I was informed that my delivery was delayed a second day and that the carrier knew it would be delayed a second day and chose not to tell me. I called uplift customer support to address the issue but the response they gave was that I could return the desk after and pay for freight shipping costs.
TLDR: expect to spend 3+ days standing around to receive a delivery. Don't bother calling customer support they just put you on hold and say that there is nothing they can do to help.
I emailed customer support when the monitor arm purchased a year ago didn't hold up my new, larger monitor. Avalon Myst responded promptly and pointed me to the weight limit for the monitor arm I had - in a very pleasant way and without implying I was at fault. Wow, that's not my typical customer support experience. The new monitor was too heavy for the old arm, so Avalon helped me identify what I needed and communicated clearly and helpfully to get it ordered. THANK YOU and KUDOS to Avalon Myst and to Uplift for exemplifying what a positive customer support exchange should be! Spending money on quality Uplift products and support is a very good investment!
I have been shopping for a standing desk solution for quite a few weeks now as the Covid/WFH continues on. After comparing about 8 companies and the various options and discounts being offered I came across the Uplift solution. I had quite a few questions after comparing with competitors and Jamie C. Was able to help me with everything and then some! They were very fast to respond and were very helpful in getting me all the details to my laundry list of questions that I came with. I ordered a desk one night and later that night decided I wanted to change something about it. I called first thing the next morning and the shipping department was already working on my order (testimate to their quick shipping), but unfortunately that meant my order couldn't be changed. Avalon made the process go so smoothly though and set up for me to return the item I wanted to change (upon arrival), and set up to send me the new pieces I wanted. She sent me a follow up email confirming everything we discussed, and when I had a question later she quickly resolved my concern. Thank you Avalon!
Bney was excellent when it came to helping me with my issue. I was very frustrated with an issue regarding my desk, but she was very patient, she went through all the proper steps, and she kept in excellent contact with me to help me get my replacement parts.
I wanted to order a stand desk from Uplift using the black friday / cyper monday promotion. First I did it on the web. I couldn't do it because I want to use multiple payment method to buy it both prepaid credit cards and normal credit cards. It was over the weekend, so I waited until Monday and called the sales support. I was worrying that I couldn't do it in time and miss the promotion. I talked with "Avalon Myst Reese". She gave me the solution quickly, sent me an email instruction what she needed from me. She helped adding my order into the system on the same day to make sure I can get the quotation and also get the best deal for this year Cyber Monday although it is one of the busiest days for her. I would like to thank you for her courtesy and professional support.
Answer: Very easy, as others have said. Avalon was available immediately via chat and also helped with quotes etc from her personal email. A nice change from the typical bots most sites have!
