They have fair prices, and ship fairly quick, but the quality is not always the best. One of the items I ordered arrived and did not work I tried to return but apparently I waited too long because the return was unsuccessful. (1 week).
Both the regular and gold junk boxes are filled with fun and random stuff. Some of it you may keep and some you may give as gifts to people you don't really like. Keep your eyes peeled for these boxes and grab them fast!
If you're a critical, impatient and self-entitled person, sites like Yugster may not be your ticket. Yugsters is for those who want deals and are willing to put up with occasional international shipping times and the rare disappointing product. But Yugster is excellent at communication and I have found them to be satisfactorily responsive. I enjoy this site, especially when it comes to buying gifts. Usually the product is not available for less anywhere else. After dozens of orders, I have not one time had a shipping issue or damaged product issue or any abnormality. A couple of times I have been disappointed in the quality of packaging of an item, but when getting something so inexpensively, I remind myself not to expect Best Buy packaging. Yugster is a keeper and a positive addition to my life.
I've been a Yugster customer for several years. I have purchased several "junk" boxes which always are more valuable than what i pay for them. It's fun waiting for them to get here. It's like Christmas opening them. No disappointment so far for me. I also love the unique items I find on Yugster and the prices are really good.

However, when things don't go as planned, that is when they really shine. Every situation I have ever had has been resolved quickly and professionally.
I judge a seller not by how fast they ship, or how great their prices are. I judge them by how well they handle problems, and in the case of Yugster.com, they are outstanding.
Here is a place to buy wantful things that are priced fairly and are good quality... most places cant that in one sentence it may not be the biggest place on the www.But its chuck full of all kinds of things for all ages...
This site is seriously the worst. Their customer service representative will log off of your chat regarding an issue whether you are done with the conversation or not. They rarely answer your emails & are extremely rude. They have already received my item & have yet to refund me. Probably won't. I'm taking this issue to my cc company because they sent me a completely broken MacBook Pro made in 2010! It's 2015... & was advertised as refurbished & new & was wrapped in some type of skin. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
Yugster has so many great deals it`s hard to put to words! Incredible Prices and minimal shipping costs. Every day there is something new that just can`t be beat anywhere! Just TONS of different things and many are things you did`nt know you wanted till you see them! Can`t say enough about the FANTASTIC deals! Do yourself a favor and try Yugster!
You can get some great deals on yugster. Its like a knock off woot. Just dont buy a junk box. They are NEVER worth the money. Ive been burned and didnt learn my lesson. Ive given them a few chances but the value of the items never lives up to the potential.
They took my order two times, charged my credit card and did not have product to ship. They cancelled my first order without providing any reason and I had to fight for a long time to get my refund. The second order was never shipped because they did not have any product.
Communication was terrible! Never again. Buyer beware!
I've ordered from Until Gone a few times now since joining last year. Their deals and amazing at times, service is also great. What's big time priority for me, their shipping is just about IMMEDIATE and they use a world leader carrier, as long as nothing changes, I'm a frequent customer.

Order never arrived and it took over a month to get a response. Response was tracking said delivered, investigate on your own, no refund. I didn't ask for a refund. I just wanted the stuff I ordered. Very poor customer service. I have no merchandise and no refund.

Yugster is a great spot to get quality products at a great price. Plus, their junk boxes are great. Sometime you score some really great items that cost more than the junk box itself, but buyer beware, it's called a junk box for a reason and sometimes you'll get the most useless junk imaginable. But, even then, there is always someone who could use some junk!
I have ordered a couple times from this company and have yet to have any problems. They ship everything out in a timely manner and depending on where u live will depend on how many days it takes to get to u but it will get to u. I definitely will be ordering from them again in the future.
I visit the site regularly and often get great deals. I have been a customer for years. Sometimes items take a while to get to you, especially if drop shipped from a 3rd party. That is not the fault of Yugster, however, they should state this clearly.
I prefer this site much more than groupon. Every day they offer new great items at great prices, and the more items you buy, you get higher membership status, which gives you more discounts. They always have unique, useful items, and often something so surprising you have to get it!
Yugster is addicting! I can't wait to see what new and interesting things they may have on the site that might interest me enough to purchase. I can say there has been quite a lot of interest at times. I've only been disappointed in one purchase and it was really a get what you pay for item, so no big deal. All other purchases to-date have been good, weather a high or low ticket item. I recommend you give them a try to see what might interest you!
