I have bought everything from iPhones to umbrellas on Yugster and I have yet to have a single unsatisfying experience. I signed up for their email list to quickly see if any of their daily deals interest me. I JUST received the most comfortable bamboo King-size bedsheets for 22.95, then saw them on Groupon the next day for $29.95!

I've encountered 2 problems using Yugster. One a defective product I asked for a return for credit on October 26th and have not had any response what so ever and another product I ordered on November 6th has not been shipped and again my inquiry as to ship date has received no response. Their customer service phone number when called and you press #1 for customer service immediately responds with a "timed out" message.
Bought 11/14/18. Tracking number was uploaded right away. As of 11/29, item still had not shipped. It took them a week to respond to my inquiry. They then lied and said they refunded, but they did not. SCAM SITE! STAY AWAY. Oh, and be prepared for a snarky response email.
I've been a Yugster customer and fan for 7 years. For value, exceptional prices and overall customer satisfaction you can't beat Yugster. I have purchased a wide variety of items and have never been disappointed. I refer family as well as friends/ coworkers to the website when asked, " where did you get that"!. Will be a lifelong customer...
I have been pleased with all products thus far... The shipping is a bit slow as we have all been spoiled by Amazon, but Yugster is up front about it. No complaints, fun stuff for a bit of retail therapy,
They sold me a set of solar outdoor lights that worked for about 1 week. I contact them 45 days after the purchase and they said that it was out of warranty. I promised them that I would blog about the crap that they sell. Buyer beware!
You get more than what you pay for at untilgone.com. On top of the daily featured deals, you will find mystery junk boxes, and once a year deals. Every year we buy the white elephant mystery gifts and bring them to a white elephant gift exchange. They are always the top sought after item. Even we don't know what's in them.
Until gone offers the best electronics, clothing and even gadgets at prices that are unbelievable! The best thing about this sure is you don't have to bid on the items, the price it's listed for is the price you pay!
Customer Service at Yugster will lie to you about products. After reading other reviews on here I am glad they supposed ran out of the item I ordered. I had contacted them several times to cancel my order and was told it had been processed and couldnt be canceled but after contacting PayPal it was suddenly out of stock.
Yugster always finds things that I didn't know I needed, and at great prices! Shipping varies, I think depending on where the item is coming from. One item took over six weeks, but when it finally arrived, I realized it was shipped from China (on the slow boat, LOL). I recently got a spider catcher tool that was less than half of what I could find it for elsewhere. This is a great place to shop for holiday basket fillers and stocking-stuffers. People will wonder "where did you find THAT"?
I just love the junk boxes, you never know what your going to get! You do get duplicates of junk if you order them often. They just change the name of the junk box. I have never won any of the "big items or prizes" they claim people win and i have ordered about 15 junk boxes now.
I ordered 4 of these wireless EarPods (not apple products) as gifts and they wouldn't return the items even though not a single one worked. The worse response I've ever received from a company like this & Ive been a very regular customer. Super sad business model to sell products and not back them up I won't order from them again.

I have purchased quite a few things from yugster and plan to keep the shopping going. Customer service is great. The one time I received a bad product, I emailed them and they sent another product out straight away; I didnt even have to ship back my faulty one. Junk boxes are also cool for a random little treat every now and then. Overall... great site.
Refunded me for a misleading product claim. I see that others have complained that there is no customer support and the company does not back up the products they sell. That was not my experience. I did explain why the product did not live up to expectations and could see how UntilGone had been mislead by the manufacturer.
Purchased a refurb iMac from Yugster. Unit was delivered and did not function properly. Very slow and constant revolving color wheel. Tried to address with Yugster customer service - non existent --- took six days for a reply and was told the supplier would contact me --- never happened. My experience with Yugster is that they will deny, delay, and hope the problem goes away. Scam. Avoid at all costs.
Update: SCAM. I have tried to resolve the problem with the payment processor. Yugster has made no effort to resolve the problem. Defective iMac, no customer service -- Yugster is a complete RIP OFF. Almost three months after purchase and Yugster never made good on their commitment to have their supplier contact me.
I love Yugster's web site. I have been shopping on it for ten years now. They might not always have what I'm looking for but I almost always find something I want. Because I check the site daily to see if I won anything, I shop daily also. When I moved to a house, I found so many things I didn't even know I wanted. I recommend it to everyone.
Never had any issue. I have ordered a lot of merchandise from this company. Shipping is great always get my order in timely manner. I have ordered a lot of electronic items and never had any issues. Unlike other sites I have ordered from. Would definitely recommend giving them a try. Great prices.
Everything I have ever bought has been delivered in a timely fashion and the condition has always been just as advertised. They have great prices on a wide variety of items. I check the site a couple of times a day.
I purchased a Ninebot Scooter for my kids birthday a little over a month before the actual date. When he opened the package the scooter looked to be refurbished and would not turn on or charge. They said I was over the 30 day return period - it was 33 days. Now I can't get them to return or replace it.
