I've been buying from Yugster for about 3 years and it's been a fun ride! They don't claim to have the best merchandise and a lot of it is reconditioned / refurbished but I've never had any real issues. I had a problem with a blue-tooth speaker I purchased and they replaced it with no questions. I've received some pretty decent stuff from the junk boxes and use the items as small gifts, stocking stuffers etc.
Yugster is the very best online seller that exists. It offers a variety of items daily with prices that are unbelievably low. Shipping prices are also extremely low and orders are sent out and received in record time. I look forward to emails of the daily deals and can always find something I would like to buy. I love Yugster... I am a Yugster for life!
If you see an item that you need read all the comments to make it is really what you are looking for if it is buy it. There are some good deals and some that can turn out not so good. Check the warranty and return policy!
The title doesn't sound true does it? Well, yugsters return policy says to submit a request within 14 days of receiving shipment. The HP Pavilion X2 Convertible arrived and I immediately tried to power it on but it won't. I submitted a ticket with yugster and requested a return, and 7 days later they're still saying that they can't process the return because their supplier hasn't responded. I don't know why they have to wait for the supplier since me, the customer, is requesting to return it. It's shady that they don't offer return instructions/address publicly, and instead make you wait for them to provide it.
You take a large risk believing what you see. The prices may seem a little low for an item, but the risk is that it is either overstock of garbage no one wanted or refurbished items that have already broken. Is it worth the risk? For me it was not, the 'refurbished' junk I got still failed and the process to return it made it not worth my effort. I lost my money and I won't make that mistake again.
Good products at a Great Price. I always get what I purchase in a week or less. Couple small glitches and Yugster's Customer Service is fantastic with resolving said issues quickly and my satisfaction.
Have to say that all my buying experiences with Yugster could not go any better or smoother. Keep up the Good Products at Great Prices and I will keep buying if something peaks my interest, and something always does.
I have been buying stuff from them since 2008 and I don't know why. It looks good, but 7 out of 10 times it is not. And then 1/2 the time, you get the wrong item or wait a month for it. And they give a whole new meaning to customer service. Because you get anything but service. Your only recourse is to pay with PayPal and file a complaint through them. They are afraid of PayPal because I think a lot of their business is done through them. I complain to them and you get nothing. Complain through PayPal and you get a response in 24 hours. Never again will I buy from them, well at least until the next time when I will try them again and then get mad at myself when I get crap or nothing.
Yugster has amazing deals on quality products! Quantities may be limited but I've always found what I needed. Prices are great for some unique items. My orders always arrive promptly and are securely packaged. I find that I will be doing some early Christmas shopping. I recommend Yuster to family and friends. Thanks Yugster!
I love Yugster soooooo much! I look forward to the daily emails to see what amazing deals they have that day. Have found so many perfect gifts for 50%-90% off of retail that I Christmas shop all year round! As long as you do you homework you won't end up with the cheap stuff!
Okay in my previous comment I was really upset, but after continually getting in touch with Until It's Gone support they figured out the problem. It seems their supplier gave them the wrong fedex tracking number. I got the new tracking number and my sewing machine was shipped out on the day that Until it's gone said it was. I got my machine yesterday and it was a new one not a refurbished and it came in the original Brother box. My machine is wonderful. I love it.
I ordered my product on 4/25/20. I got a fedex tracking number and in the instructions said allow 2 to 3 business days to show movement on my product. Today is the third business day and still no movement. My bank has released the $418.00 dollars to this company(until it's gone) and I can not get any updates on where my product is. Most companies won't charge your bank until item is shipped, they will put a hold on the amount to your bank and then once shipped they will run it through the bank. I have been reading complaints on better business bureau and its not good. I hope I get my product and it's in good shape or I will get my money back
They need to learn how to speak with customers! Nichole from customer service was very rude in her email to me when there was confusion regarding my order. Thankfully my order was never placed, and I will be giving my business elsewhere!
I have been ordering from Yugster for quite some time now and have had no problems with their customer service. I even ordered a refurb Ipad and it came to me still "locked" from the previous owner (who happened to be a school) so the admin access was required. Spoke with the customer service, sent the Ipad back and they resent me a new one that worked just fine. I'm really sorry to hear some people have not had a good experience with Yugster, but I really like their site.
I have been a Yugster customer for many years for 2 reasons: really low prices and excellent customer service. I check their site every day, and I have made dozens of purchases. On a couple of occasions I have either had a product arrive missing a part, or not arriving at all. A simple email to customer service and they have always quickly resolved the issues to my complete satisfaction. Highly recommended; check their site every day!
I purchased a purse. Took 3 1/2 weeks to arrive. What I received was nothing like the photo on the website. I Enquied how to return. Had to pay shipping and restocking fee.
They have emailed me three times for satisfaction survey and I have yet to receive the refund.
I have found some great deals on this site. You have to check for pricing elsewhere because not everything is a deal, but when they do have a deal it's a great one.
They also have very good customer service. Whenever I have had a problem they have resolved it.
I ordered some t shirts and they sent the wrong size. I was asked to send pictures to confirm the size. I asked that they send the correct size and they said they didn't have any, despite the fact that their website showed that my size is available. Then they asked that I send them back before i get a refund. They emailed a shipping label but no package so i had to use the bag that the shirts were sent in.
Never again.
I ordered the junk box. It arrived in 4 days. It was in a bag. Advertised as 73% off; $149 value for $39.99. I added the actual value and it was $85. I would not use half of the 9 items. Binaca breath strips? I have purchased from Untilgone before and was very satisfied. I will continue shopping with them; just not a junk box.
I have bought many products from Yugster and they always have the lowest prices. In the few cases where I've had to contact them, their customer service dept has been excellent, especially Crystal. She has always contacted the vendor and had my issue resolved very quickly. I always buy from Yugster because I don't have to worry about anything.
I buy a lot of the things I want to try, without having to pay a ton.
Of the dozens of things I have purchased, only one was a dud dash cam which only cost me $4 to try, saving me big $$$ to not get the same thing off of Amazon or Ebay.
Their "30 day warranty" starts when you place your order! Received phone 12 days after I placed my order, half the warranty was gone when I received it. Upon opening the box and turning on the phone it was obvious that it had a defective battery. It would only hold a charge for 1 hour. Of course they have no telephone to call so everything is by email... 3 days after reporting the defective battery i got a message stating they would send me a NEW battery. 9 days latter I received a used battery. I installed the battery and discovered that the phone would not complete a call about 40% of the time. Sent a message about this problem only to be told SORRY IT IS OUT OF WARRANTY!
