Until Gone

I bought a Junk Box a few months ago and was probably the worst possible way to waste $20. What was in it? Flimsy disposable razors, mini cologne bottle (box it came in looked opened and reclosed, who knows if the bottle was open too), mini pressure gauge, $. 50 sunglasses, a fabric card holder, fabric bag thing, and broken earbuds. Amazing, no? It seemed pretty much a "dude" pack, but I am a girl, but I'm sure even if a guy got these items, everything would probably all go in to the trash or at best "the drawer of junk that never gets touched for years on end." I did reach out to them about it, but alas they didn't care. I get it, it WAS aptly named "Junk Box" so I guess I deserved every bit of this, because Junk was EXACTLY what I received, but really you'd think $20 would get you something that was at least new or usable. I've vowed to never purchase anything from them again, I hope you all refrain from doing business with them as well. :) Have a great day, guys!

Its a discount deal site. I have never expected them to be the fastest on shipping or expected to get brand new iPads for 50 bucks. But the items the sale are of reasonable quality and value and ship faster than other deal sites out there. If looking for a particular item would try here first before risking spending more at otehr sites. Have had a few delivery or return issue and while it took some time they handled them well and satisfied my expectation

I primarily buy the Yugster Junk Boxes and use the "junk" for Christmas gifts. Yeah, you do get some stuff that's not worth a whole lot. But generally, you get some good stuff in there. The last one which was a Gold Yugster box had a drone and a mophie backup phone charger and a decent set of headphones that I just paid $18 bucks for. So it was worth the $29 bucks I paid. Just order another Yugster Junk box so that should tell you something!

Ordered 2 & love them! Delivery was quick- although they arrived a day apart. I checked with customer service about that... Vanessa responded quickly & even double checked to make sure the 2nd chair arrived the following day. My boyfriend had no trouble with assembly. They are sturdy & comfie (He is over 200lbs) They do come with umbrellas- we are Sun people so they are not pictured... but easy to put on. Price was great- I compared to many other stores/sites. ($100 less or more) Very pleased with chairs & very satisfied with my first purchase from Until Gone. Thanks!

Until Gone always has great deals and fun stuff to buy. It also has unusual items as well that are fun to have. I also love their Junk Boxes. It is fun ordering one and not knowing what items I may get. It's fun to have a box full of surprises and I have always had at least 1 or 2 items that have been really nice to have!

While I usually scan my email listings throughout the day searching for only important and/or personal mail, I always click on Yugster to see the latest offerings. I don't buy often only because I am quite selective, but I have over the years bought numerous items which I have been happy with. You never know what you will find there, but the selection is overall quite varied, so you will find things that you may have been looking for or something interesting that you did not know existed.

I don't like the fact that if you order multiple quantities of the same item, one must pay a multiple of the individual shipping charges, instead of Yugster using a combined shipment reduced rate.

The picture was so inviting and the deal seemed unbeatable - regular price 69.99 marked down to 24.99 - I see now 23.99. Described as microplush faux fur reversible blankets - they are flimsy, shoddy, and NOT as described. Sadly, to return two of these it will cost me over $25 via USPS (which UntilGone recommend) so basically I will be giving back a blanket that I actually paid for. This is not a reputable company. They don't have prompt or courteous customer service and I would not recommend them. Picture is what they are suppose to like

The 89th Junk box (Cyber Monday for $54.99) was advertised as a "techy" junk box. I received a dog food scoop/bowl (looks used), a collapsible bottle holder, reversible blanket (what blanket isnt reversible), 21 pack of junk AA batteries, a fish tank filter thing, flexible travel keyboard and a cheap cloud wifi camera. I would stay away from any further Junk Boxes unless they are practically giving them away. Seriously disappointed.

Bought a $40 watch from Until(Your Money is)Gone. It came in a small envelope, no box all the way from China. The metal watchband was corroded and the display impossible to see. Set up a refund request... nope no refunds only an exchange. In other words, you can wait weeks for another crappy product to come from China. By the way, their refund process is identical to another site that sells junk from China, OverHalfOff. Their support system is non-existent so don't hold your breath waiting. You can find out the hard way or avoid buying from them, I know that is what I am going to do.

Ordered a vaccum cleaner that is advertised for home, indoor outdoor and car use. Only has a car charger plug in capability, so how exactly am I supposed to use this for my home? I reached out to refund and they stated I had to pay for my shipping label since I "changed" my mind. I did not change my mind, I couldn't use the product for what I intended to! Horrible customer service or lack of service. They were very defensive and ugly about everything. Stay far away from this site!
