I have ordered many items from Until Gone. I usually order their Junk Boxes. I have had one issue where I was sent the wrong item by mistake. I shot off an email and support took care of it for me. It did take a few days. The person handling it had the day off and there was a weekend in there so overall it took over a week. This didn't deter me from ordering their products. I actually just ordered their Christmas Junk Box 10 minutes before typing this. Last week I ordered Egyptian Cotton sheets for my friend in another state. I have been a loyal customer back when they were calls Yugster. If they keep up the awesome deals and customer service they will have a customer for life.
Terrible experience, and possibly the worst customer support I have ever experiences with an online purchase. Purchase of several items was made on 11/5... some items arrived by 11/15, but 1 was missing and another that had tracking info, arrived but the item in the bag was not what I ordered and matched another item from my order. Their logistics is screwy and it takes a long time to get your order. I worked with a CSR for over a week to resolve the 2 problems and I threatened with a CC chargeback. She told me that if I did a chargeback I would be forced to pay restocking fees. How can they charge me restocking fees for items I never received? In the end, I will just do the full charge back and ship all their junk back."
After placing an order. I even called to confirm the order went through. I was promised it did. I never received. I had a confirmation #; called 5 times and promised a call back. Never received. Finally after a week of calling finally spoke to someone and they said oh yeah order was cancelled for no known reason. We cant no longer get it for you. Bad news all the way around
Fun stuff with funny commentary and great prices! You won't be disappointed and you might come away with something useful or be surprised with the surprise junk box loaded with mystery stuff! I always had to have those mystery bags and drove my parents crazy until they bought 2 or 3! Have fun!
I really like Yugster, it has some of the best deals around! Most items Yugster has are below what you could find them elsewhere, some by quite a lot! Of course you have to do your research, as there are some things I have found that are the same price as other outlets are selling, but those are far and few in between. All in all though, Yugster is my main site that I use!
Reluctantly, I admit, that I have taken to buying online almost habitually. Yugster is one of my favorite shopping sites. I know that when I place my order, it will be promptly shipped, accurately billed, and the purchased item will be as I expected it. And, they provide a shipment tracking that actually works like it should. Their website is friendly to use and reliable. I appreciate the email notices of special offers.
I've been ordering their products for a few years. The customer service is awesome and the products are great. Love purchasing the junk boxes because it's like getting a bunch of different gifts because you have no clue what's in the box until you open it. Some things you like and use and some you don't but you can always gift it out or give to someone that will use it

Until Gone has a wide variety of products, mostly at decent prices. Shipping is quick and returns have been easy. Free shipping with partners like Honey. Overall, I have been satisfied with this business and I wilol continue to order from here.
Yugster is a site that specializes in offering quality products and more than reasonable prices. You have to hurry though because they have a limited supply and usually run out. I would recommend this site for anyone who is looking for bargains
Had to pay 64.15 for return of item witch only cost 69.99. Not fare not right. Beer beware return policy no good at all. No customer service at all. No help. No customer service #.
Been looking at this bug zapper on amazon since Christmas and every week the price has been going up until i found the same item on untilgone.com for $15 cheaper than amazon. Works great at an great price i should have bought 2
Always get great service and the web site is easy to use. I have always received orders in good time and although my junk boxes never have the special surprise I still love what I get and can find uses for all items.
I like the variety of items daily, but they are not always great deals. Always google what you like to make sure not cheaper at amazon, best buy, target, etc. Sometimes you will find great deals - just a matter of checking in daily.
Recently Rachel with customer service has been very attentive and helpful on an issue with an supposed ly "unlocked phone" that is permanently locked. I'm gonna try it again with an exchange. If the second phone has the same issue, I'm sure Rachel will be just as helpful.
I've made several purchases from until gone and I've been happy with each one. It's deep discounts and quality products make it a great place to shop. I recently purchased a waterproof bluetooth speaker for a really low price and I was so surprised at the quality of the sound. It was VERY DISCOUNTED! Somethingnfor everyone. Ive bought everything from watches to a ladder to dog toys. Shipping is not overnight, and could be costly, keep your eye out for shipping deals and the more you buy. The bigger discount you get.
Reasonable price on everyday things & items I never knew existed! I look forward to my daily emails to see what's new. Sometimes I hesitate and miss the deal but sometimes I can think about it for a day or two and still get the same great price. I love Yugster!
I had purchased "junk boxes" in the past that had some items that were decent.
The summer edition arrived a week ago and it was total disappointment.
Three items were Quirky brand for cable organization. A Quirky egg separator and a
Phone stand that only work for certain I Phones.
Never again.
Have a current problem with a purchase that was made this past Christmas. I purchased for my grandson an electric motorcycle.So in the winter with bad weather conditions this gift was opened just the other day. Much to my surprise it did not work. I explained that it was never used and it was deffective. Until Gone customer rep. Told me that the warranty period was over and that there was nothing they can do. I asked if they can send me a part that I feel was bad and offered to pay for it but up to date they gave me no response. Now my grandson can't use his new toy and is very sad.Do they expect me to discard this product and pay for another one. This item was very expensive.So buyer be ware. They are a bad company to deal with when something goes wrong.If they don't help me with this problem I will never buy from them again.And I will write a Google review to let the consumer know how they handled my problem.
