Have a current problem with a purchase that was made this past Christmas. I purchased for my grandson an electric motorcycle.So in the winter with bad weather conditions this gift was opened just the other day. Much to my surprise it did not work. I explained that it was never used and it was deffective. Until Gone customer rep. Told me that the warranty period was over and that there was nothing they can do. I asked if they can send me a part that I feel was bad and offered to pay for it but up to date they gave me no response. Now my grandson can't use his new toy and is very sad.Do they expect me to discard this product and pay for another one. This item was very expensive.So buyer be ware. They are a bad company to deal with when something goes wrong.If they don't help me with this problem I will never buy from them again.And I will write a Google review to let the consumer know how they handled my problem.
