My experience is horrible. They lost half of my belongings as well as a box filled with my personal identity. Karen was aware and their contractor Derrick as soon as our items arrived over 17 days later. We have taken the time to prepare a claim and will be filing. We were promised a quick turn around and required to pay by money order for the quick turn around. We have been lied to from the start. They failed at their promises.

I have moved for work over 10 times. This is the worst ever. Notified of delivery less then 24 hrs on a trip that they drove 5 days. I was told I would be notified when it was scheduled for pickup. I was notified today at 1:30 PM for tomorrow drop off. I can't be there as I am out of town for a few days. If they notified me when they promised to I could have given someone the keys to let them in. Every other company I have used has called said there going to load this day and provided a anticipated delivery.

They didn't give my dad all his stuff back nor did they even put it in the truck right. It was thrown in there. Missing tools and much more. Phots were taken. They had to use a u haul truck cause the driver didn't know how to back up into his drive way
