Overall I had a good shopping experience. The only reason I took away a star was that the flag description said it was heavy duty and required a large amount of wind to cause it to wave. I have one of the off the house front hanging flag stands, and it turned out the flag I purchased wasn't any thicker than the one that comes from Costco. It gets wrapped up on the stand constantly. If I'd known it was virtually the same as the Costco one I probably would have purchased an even more heavy duty flag.
I've purchased many flags over the years with 98% good quality. This past order was for (5) Flags and 1 Flag was in poor shape

Easy to use and shop at. The product was delivered quickly and I had it installed with no problems. I used 3 bags of concrete. That sucker is not going anywhere. The pole turns in the sleeve as the wind picks up the flags. It gently turns it to and fro.
I love my new flag and pole! Previously I had a wooden pole and a slide-on flag; the flag was constantly getting wrapped around the pole and the pole was getting bent. Now I have a sturdy metal pole that won't bend and the flag flies beautifully even in our occasional winds without wrapping itself around the pole! I have recommended your product to several of my friends.
