I ordered three of these poles. One of them had obviously been used before. I contacted customer service and was sent a new pole without question; very admirable. Unfortunately, a few days after receiving the new replacement pole, a gust of wind folded the two poles holding my U.S. and State flags. The poles holding my collegiate flags were undamaged. The collegiate flags are made of lightweight nylon, the U.S. and State flags are a much heavier woven material. That material was too much for the pole to support in the wind gust.

One of the stands was bent where to flag pole goes into the stand. I had to rework the hole to make the stand work. They are heavy and work well.

Our flagpole, flag and solar light were all delivered in a very timely manner but when we had the flagpole erected we realized there weren't any clips for the flag included. When I notified the company via email I received an invoice indicating the clips were ordered and to be shipped at no cost. Unfortunately the clips are plastic and do not swivel so we purchased the clips elsewhere to get what we wanted.
I placed an order and they were very quick to respond and i received my order very quickly. I would and will order from this company again.
