After placing my order for two flags, the customer service reached out to let me know one of them was not yet available. The customer service rep asked if I would like to change my order or I can wait and it may be available before the deadline for a refund. I waited and was able to receive the flag I originally ordered. It was kind of the representative to reach out and let me know the refund option if my flag choice wasnt available but even better that they provided the product. Both flags arrived in great condition and as expected.
