Pretty easy ordering process. The hair did come with a weird burnt smell that took FOREVER to remove. I do like the texture, little shedding but overall good.
Love the fact that everything came pre-plucked, pre-cut lace…. The only thing I struggle with is how to put on the elastic band because that wasn't already on the wig. Looked inline to see how to do it but couldn't find a video for it. Wish Unice offered a proper how-to video.
I didn't like that the advertised price was for the shortest length. You need to put a picture of the exact length and price next to it. Not me trying get the exact hair length and it's $150 more than the advertised price. Not great!

They sent me the wrong wig. Two of the same wig. How do I fix this?
She came sooner than expected and I got some goodies 🤗. A curling wand, melt band, wig cap, I got the nails which I do wear press ons and I have pretty big hands (I'm 6 ft tall) but these nail beds are huge so just had to laugh, but I'll see what I could do with them. But the wig! When I took her out, gorgeous 😍. If there are negative reviews about this wig I think the customers may not be choosing the right density. I haven't doing wigs for long and I'll see videos with girls doing reviews saying the wig is 150 or 180 density and I'm all, there's no way. My wig came full and curled. So far I'm in love, so I'm pretty confident its going to be exactly what I want.
The hair arrived in 5 days and I live in Australia. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of Unice hair and how the quality of the hair was even better than advertised.
