I tried sending money via worldremit on Sunday for a purchase and I followed all the instructions. Everything was good until I received an email stating that my transfer was canceled and my account disabled. I called my bank right away and they told me i had to wait since the transaction was still pending and it was the weekend. I decided to call Worldremit and I was on hold for less than 2 minutes. I spoke with Roxanne who assured me that my transfer was voided/canceled. Today is Tuesday and my pending transaction is no longer on my bank statement. After reading all the reviews, am just glad I got my money back.
