My Experience with Ultrasabers began March 26 2020 when i ordered 2 Sabers for the Birthday of my fiancee one month later. Sum of 700USD.
I was very well aware the order could take longer but since the then starting pandemic situation my financial state only led me order it then.
No worries i thought, she is such a great Starwars fan she will love the gift whenever it arrives. Especially since Starwars is kind of how we met.
3 Months later my first mail reached Ultrasabers with no answer. Many Phonecalls, late at night since i live in Germany, later with no answer aswell. My Phonebill thanks you Ultrasabers.
4 Months later i get an Email. Totally normal problem with a machiene, 8-10 Weeks wait time.
Ma answer, no worries pandemic times, totally understandable.
7 Months Later, 3 weeks after the maximum 10 weeks wait time. Its December now, alsmost christmas. Half a year after my fiancee's birthday, we are getting married soon.
I write another mail to Ultrasabers, the same person answeres me almost the same answer Copy paste.
Times are rough, i know so i send back a reply that i would think about it for a couple of days.

I write back 2 days later and explain him that i'd like to request a refund and check back in their store later 2021, since financial times have been rough on my and my fiancee's life aswell. He kindly answers that that would be no problem and i would get the entire sum refunded.

I am spent. I have run after this order and now this refund forever.
I have written to the owner via Facebook, every epmployee i could find any contact data of and trief everything. Radio silence. I even reached out to Shoppersapproved who kindly let me place this review at least.
I really Hope Ultrasabers remedies the situation.
My name is Rachel and I was so excited to receive my ultrasaber this past Saturday, April 25th. Yesterday my batteries started to drain and it took me forever to remove the battery pack from the hilt. I then realized that it will be an ongoing difficult task moving forward because the circuit board that is attached to the battery pack is misaligned. Emory mentions in his video that the battery pack could be lodged in the hilt and that is an understatement in my case. I would say that mine was jammed into the hilt during production, and no one decided to fix the misaligned circuit board attached (yes, it is that noticeable). On Tuesday the 28th, before I inserted the charged batteries into the battery pack, I realized how much misaligned the circuit board really is. Yes, me getting this battery pack out of the hilt will be a forever task each time that I need to charge the batteries. Why would a service member take the time to glue or what looks like double-sided tape the circuit board on misaligned with the battery pack? This whole dilemma really deflated me as a new Ultrasaber customer. I would need to go through a long and frustrating process every time that I need to recharge my batteries, how disappointing. Since opening the bottom of the hilt to fiddle with the battery pack, not all of the components of my saber can be tighten now the way it arrived to me on April 25th. I also had to purchase another wrench that would actually fix the screw in my hilt. The one that I purchased as an upcharge from Ultrasabers did not fit, so this too was placed in my box knowing that it would not be useable. I can't even express how disappointed I am with my purchase and doing business with this company. I have been trying to return the saber, but no one is calling me back. I wanted to receive the same saber type, but with a charge port on the side, but then I read a review stating that someone else has this and the charger (that came with the saber) doesn't even fit in the port. Now I am afraid to purchase the one with the port now. So between the long delivery time, the lodged battery pack, the misaligned circuit board, the loose hilt parts, other views about the charge port dilemma, and the potential of the company delaying or even never returning the money to my account, I really do not know what to do next. What would you advise? I would love to have a saber, but this experience has been daunting to say the least. Please do not use COVID-19 as an excuse, or the latest movie, or even the Malarian on Disney+. My issues stem from poor production of my saber, poor quality control, and a lack of customer service. Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
Answer: We live in the same state and can't even get them to ship us ours. Its been 4mo with no luck
