Good overall experience. My sister and I ordered eachother a grab bag saber for Christmas. The order process was simple, and they arrived within a decent amount of time provided how close we ordered to the holidays. Packaging was great, and the quality is pretty good! My only qualm is that my sister and I both received the exact same hilt from the grab bag (also the cheapest possible), and that was a little disappointing. I had thought there would be a little more variety, but it was still a fun experience opening them! Will likely return!

Great sabers they arrived slower then normal because the holidays. Hilt had knarly scratch most likely from poor milling.

They sent exactly what I ordered, fairly quickly, but with no instructions as to what to do with the parts. Now I'll have to pay to send it back to Ultrasabers to have them to the parts install, which will end up being more expensive than just ordering a new saber. This was a gift, where all I wanted to do was change the color of the blade, but this gift will cost me more than just ordering a new one.
Easiest way to get a fully customized, combat ready lightsaber. Awesome!

Shipping options seem expensive, Shipping dates for christmas seemed to change every day towards HAVING to pay for the most expensive option. Other than that the site options and ordering seemed great!
