These guys are prompt, professional, and creative. To say that they are remarkable would be a gross understatement! This is my Second Grab bag and Love it as much as the first!
Even though there are so many options, but the interface for choosing the options is straightforward! It is regretful that shipping cost is per piece and there is no savings in ordering multiple sabers in one shipping. Delivery time is really awesome! (Probably what we pay for the shipping -- FedEx.)
The Emerald Saber with sound is a great option. Order was smooth and completed promptly.

I am completely satisfied with what I got EXCEPT for the clash on flash. I ordered arctic blue to match the blade color and got white instead. Pretty disappointed that such a mistake was made but on the whole not too big of a deal.
It would be cool if the sounds played were a bit more responsive to the motion of the saber but I'm not surprised since it is really just a toy.

The service is amazing. I had to change my deliver address due to going out of town. Cory from Ultrasaber fixed it for me and was great at comunicationg the order.

Please add to the saber some more details or a short operator manual with basic info, like for example how to dim light in the blade.

Very nice and easy site to navigate. I like all the videos that detail the products, so that you can make an informed choice in your lightsaber. Quality of the product is excellent and will order again!
The ordering process was easy and quick, I only wish there was some more info on international shipping times upofront, like some projected times for delivery to the various continents.
In the end, it turned out the shipping was really fast, and I got my saber to Europe only a few days later.
The overall saber is of great quality, and I'm excited to use it as both a cosplay prop, and as decoration for my home.
