The site is very streamlined and user friendly. The only comment I could make is to allow opening multiple tabs with right click so comparing sabers is easier.

Very happy with Ultrasabers.com. In a prior purchase, received very prompt and helpful emails when I had a technical issue with Obsidian soundboard software. The website is really well designed and the videos and feedback regarding the products and options are very helpful. Mostly, the quality of the products is superb.

Every thing was easy to find, great prices and customizing options that I had to choose from are great. My only complaint is that I wasn't able to see pictures of each custom option while shopping for lightsabers. Otherwise everything went well and I'm very happy with my purchase!

And the video's on the website are so helpful, whatever questions I had, I was able to look at the video's for step by step instructions, easy to follow. The saber itself is high quality and beautifully crafted. Highly recommend Ultrasabers, and plan to buy from them again in the future!

Easy and fast layout to navigate.
Color me impressed. This was the first purchase I've made from US, and it has been a great experience. I ordered the lightsaber as a birthday gift for my son. I ordered it on May 3rd and got it May 6th! It sure beats waiting 4 - 9 months for a lightsaber. The hilt is good quality, and the sound is loud. The blade color - Sunrider's Destiny is absolutely beautiful! Very cool blade plug as well (Circle).
My daughter's birthday is at the end of next month, and I will be ordering another saber for her. After that, I'll get one for myself!

I love the Ultrasabers.com website, except for the wishlist feature. I do wish that your preferences to your saber would be saved with your saber when you add it to your wishlist, so you don't have to go through all the options each time, but aside from that I love it. I especially love that you're not one to hide when you've got special promotions and deals going on like some companies, and you tend to put those right out there on your site and emails. It took me a little bit to get the hang of the navigation, but it has a logical flow and it makes sense, and it really isn't that hard to use. Really appealing!
