Throughout the entire process, Linda was amazing. She was able to add product and requests after the initial order and was professional and friendly at every step. At initial inspection the products seem worth the price. I was given a "grab bag initiate stunt blade" for ordering a given amount of product, but "coincidently" my "grab bag" blade was a different color than the other three blades I ordered. Thank the guys back in the product room for that!
Products ordered were great. We paid over $30 for overnight fed ex shipping and about 2 weeks later the package arrived regular US mail with postage marked of $2.42. We'll be contacting Ultrasabers for a postage refund.
First order, saber is much better than expected!
The delivery time was much faster than I expected. I was told it might take several weeks to come in, but it only took six days!

Good quality build sabers. Bright blades, very nice sound and the feel is very nice. Overall, these are awesome sabers and the price is very fair. Purchased two so far and I am very satisfied with both. I will definitely be returning soon to order my third saber. If anybody is reading this, then your obviously interested in purchasing your first saber and trust me, you will not be disappointed if you put your trust in ultrasabers to give you a great experience ordering/building your saber waiting anxiously for fedex to deliver it to your door and unboxing your first ( and not last...trust me) awesomely, beautifuly crafted lightsaber. A little warning that you will experience a uncontrollable smile and waves of goosebumps.

A Little bit confusing and complicated but excusable with orders with high costs
Not bad, a simple video tutorial moving quickly from option to option would be nice for first timers.

I have a sf saber and have looked at many of the forges in picking my next ones. I think ultra saber charges for some features that others don't so I have over looked them in the past but the grab bag hilt just needs a blade and you have a great sparring blade.
