I ordered a consular hilt with obsidian lite sound and an amethyst blade. I asked for a silver covertech wheel and a red guarded switch like there are in numerous pictures on the website. They shipped it quickly but did not tell me before it was shipped that despite pictures on the website that show sabers with sound that have red guarded switches that the option is not actually available. Such as easy issue to fix. Not a big deal but when I contacted customer service, I was treated like it was my fault and was offered no consolation for their misleading website pictures. Also, the hilt arrived with scratches on the silver part of and the sound sensors trigger a clash sound upon ignition. I actually managed to get the owner on the phone accidentally but he quickly and extremely rudely brushed me off and hung up on me when he found out I had a customer service issue.
You have made this very easy for my first purchase. Thank you. Can't wait to receive my first saber!

Great service received in the UK a week from ordering able to track package and received updated info via text, problem with my account sorted by customer service straight away, the quality of the saber is fantastic. My only problem now is i want more thanks.
The videos helped in making decisions on options. The only complaint I can make is that my hands turned gray after spinning it for some time, most likely just an after effect of having been machined not long ago.
With time and great video tutorials you can get the saber of your choosing. With just a little time I was able to get the saber I was looking to purchase and I am completely satisfied. Would have been nice to get shipping info without having to great an account though.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
