Would have liked to know that there is a 1-2 day lead on parts/accessories as I had paid for 2-day shipping expecting them to be delivered 2 days from the order point. Otherwise, I am pleased and happy to have the best blade that I have worked with paired with my Ep III OWK hilt.

Selecting options for the sabers is really great and very detailed. Was great to see the different options displayed as I would select them. One thing would be nice is a diagram of covertec wheel placement request examples. EG a picture of what "Right Near Pommel" looks like, etc.

Ordered on the weekend and the item showed up on Friday. That's an incredible turn around time for the random bag. The item in question turned out to be an Aeon LE v2. The length has a pleasing blue glow to it, quite bright even with the heavy contact blade. Trained weapon fighters will immediately understand that the saber is two-handed at 36 inches of blade and 11.5 inches of hilt; given the weight, it probably would not serve as a one-handed weapon even with the shortest blade length available. No complaints from me, and now I have an idea for what to surprise my friends with on their birthdays.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
