I love the sword I got, the customer service is amazing. I bought mine at a comicon so I got to meet afew of workers, they were super helpful. I got a mystery pack so I didn't know what i was goin to get but it was worth it, I love it. It is high-quality
The women at the booth at comicon was eating while we were ordering. She would not put down her food to assist me. She was rude. And acted like we were an inconvenience to her. We might have spent more money if we had received better service.

Ultrasabers makes good quality lightsabers you can either get ones from movies or get your own. I got the black scorpion with a red blade and its brighter and louder and more durable than any other lightsaber I have. If your on the fence about getting one I hope my comment helps you get one cause they're worth the money.

It came in fair time and in good condition, though compared to other Saber sellers (SaberForge for example) the standard hilt seems just a little primitive in comparison. Overall satisfied however.
I didnt have to get my saber shipped cause i bought it a Comic-Con but the saber it self is so far really good. My friends and i have been fighting eachother with them (heavy-duty blades) and they are great. Alot of fun.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
